Very bad design and package. There is not enough choice in store.they just package with normal paper. They only made a perfunctory effort. Bad experience!

I walked in this afternoon with my wife to hopefully buy a colourful bunch of flowers for a friend who is sick. Well the bunch they made for us was exquisite and the comments we received when walking up the street were amazing. Thanks so much for doing that on the spot, you are truely an artist and a lovely person to boot, our friend was gobsmacked.

Terrible service - My first time there I walked into the shop sometime ago and I wasn’t greeted, I was just stared at up and down. I felt extremely uncomfortable and wasn’t welcomed until a few minutes after being in the shop and awkwardly standing near the front door. I can’t help but feel this treatment may have been because of the colour of my skin. Finally I was served and the person behind the counter helped me buy the flowers I wanted but with very little communication. Safe to say I will never be coming back to this place again!

Asked for something sculptural and modern for my wife. Got an arrangement full of dahlias, lilies and tulips that was so nanna, my wife immediately regifted to her mother and now I’m in the dog house instead of the good books.

My partner ordered flowers for Valentines day and we still have not received them despite trying to sort it out with them.

Living overseas now and still using their service for birthdays and clients, always perfect with this Grandiflora style we love. Their website makes it easy to come up with the right style and then you can trust the team. Delivery could be cheaper.

The staff are fantastic and couldn't do enough for you.
I purchased a bouquet of flowers, as it was pouring rain️ I couldn't walk it home so they threw me in an uber and dropped me off on their way to an event.

There are always several staff here available to help but they refuse to do bunches that are actual arrangements - only single groups of flowers are available. You think since they have both product and staff they would make an effort to serve the community. Poor business choices and never going back -

Beautiful flowers but service was terrible. After agreeing to take on my wedding arrangement project and multiple emails assuring me they would call me 'next week' they never made contact again, leaving me having to find an alternative at the last minute.

Such a pleasure to deal with. Very personalised, professional and caring. I didn't see the bouquet, but my friend said it was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers they had ever seen! Amazing presentation and exquisite colours. Trust them - they know their trade.
