I tought 5 years old is free? My son have a swimming lesson today so i need to take my yourger daughter with me which is 5 years old, and becase she dosent have lesson they ask me to pay for her entry including me.very disapointing!

I stopped going here as it is filthy. I have heard that it has improved but I am not sure I am prepared to pay to find out. I have worked as a swim instructor and life guard overseas and never seen such a dirty aquatic centre anywhere. The staff are also rude. I put one of my kids into lessons here as they ran them at a convenient time when her dad could take her when I was at work. The lessons were cancelled more than once because of lack of staff. They changed the teacher from one week to the next, you do not do that when you are teaching kids swimming as they lose confidence and how can new instructors tell where a child has improved etc? They would not take into account that my child had issues with sore ears in the past due to grommets and was scared to put their head in the water, they tried to force this by coercion.

Water was pretty warm. Always surrounded by stand by life guard for safety.

Their learn to swim program is an absolute joke! Have been going there for years but today was our last lesson at I pulled my son out. They're always cancelling lessons. Just recently 4/5 lessons were cancelled due to instructor unavailability. If you want your children to have consistency don't send them here. I would recommend going elsewhere for such services.

An excellent swimming center for family and friends to get together and have a day of fun.

A nice pool and surrounds but the water temperature would be the coldest of all pools in the area

Enjoyed this venue on Boxing day 2022 with friends and family.would recommend it to anyone and everyone as an affordable, flexible option for anytime of the year with 'Amazing' staff & a gr8 atmosphere!

This is wondetful community focused facility. The staff are next level nice & helpful, the grounds are pristine.

Love this place- Not sure about all the snowflakes on here commenting about poor customer service. The ladies at the front counter are always helpful. Kim is the is the best, she tells you what you need to know and where safety and water is concerned, I will be guided by her professionalism and expertise. They have a wide range of swim products available from goggles and snorkels to towels and swimmers. Excellent place for family or to learn how to swim. Bathrooms and showers are great as is the indoor pool and spa! New showers up in the indoor pool area. Only complaint is the water in the shower switches off too early but its ok just push to restart!

I spoke to someone on the phone on 15th January, 2022 around 5pm about joining the adult learn to swim programme. She was so rude and unprofessional. Her tone was quite harsh and I couldn't wait to get off the phone. It almost felt as if she was actively trying to prevent me from enrolling. How is that good for the business? I rang somewhere else and was enrolled within minutes.

Clean, friendly staff. Has 1 large outdoor pool. 1 large indoor pool. 1 baby pool attached to a pool for early primary aged kids.

I've been here for around 6-7 years now.

Ever since the renovations and changes, the place has been to a higher quality standard. The changing rooms are better than before!

The staff there are friendly too, the pool is 99% clean all the time. Definitely worth going to.

Pools are not the newest but there's a 25 and a 50 so all good. Staff are friendly and the bathrooms are really nice.

Most of the staff in the reception are arrogant and rude and they just don't want to listen as if they own this pool. I was trying to discuss about my Kid's class but they doesn't even know the meaning of customer service. They were so rude and it's not only me complaining about them, I have seen few other parents as well experiencing the same. It's High time management needs to rethink their front end staff in the reception, otherwise the whole image of the pool will get tarnished and the efforts of the other good pool staffs and teachers put in will go in vain.

Excellent facility for children and adults. Lap swimming outside with open air surrounding plus kids fun fountain. Staff and life savers and managers are jewel in the Crown. Very helpful, knowledgeable, always there to help. It is a great blessing to local residents and visitors. Tired of swimming.a snack bar is there served by cheerful staff. Been to Macquarie Fields facility as well. AWESOME BUNCH OF PEOPLE. God Bless them all and keep them free of Covid-19.

It is spacious place with different pools and shower facility. Team member and staff is well supportive. Base facility is maintained to some extent with good cleaning practices.
However, condition of bathroom doors are below average (broken door knobs), no hot water in showers, missing sanitizer and shower soap which is very common now a days.

The water here tastes weird for some reason.
There are too many people
The grandstand is small which means that it can’t fit many people
There is only one change room
During swimming carnivals, it gets very crowded and the grass areas get very dirty
I have no idea why the Sydney south west regional swimming carnival is held here
Prairiewood leisure centre would be much better, even for anyone wanting to go for a swim.

Other girls are nice but there is sometimes a lady in the reception that treat customers like dirt. Never even say good morning or good afternoon, I was trying to discuss about my son's class but she was not very nice to me. She was so rude and it's not only me complaining about her but my friend as well whose kids are enrolled there for swimming. Hopefully, put some nice staff in the reception.

The reason I give it a 3 star review is because it's a very lovely place and it is clean apart from the bathrooms and it has people doing wrong things that get kicked out and DONT listen which today I saw someone refuse to get out

Great facility with super friendly staff, clean toilets, no garbage anywhere, no bogans and a great squad team!
