Having problem with dust in eyes due to work, said I have allergies, didn’t even look in my eye now my left eye puffed up look like I been I fight. Thanks for taking time with my problem dr Micheal, in an out must get paid by appointment. Won’t be going back or anywhere else deal with your problems your self I’m learning.

Very good patients services, the receptionist Natalie is very friendly, she try her best always to help, fit patients in the appointments when they urgently need it, always with a nice smile and professional manners.

All Doctors are friendly and very professional but my favourite Doctor is Dr. Bilagia Tadros she’s very kind and always helpful.

I recently visited Dr. Jessica Hakim for toe nail damage, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Jessica took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. She was extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Jessica to anyone in need of podiatric care.

Always easy to contact and book appointments. All the staff are helpful and the doctors are great. Waiting room is always pleasant and clean. Parking is easy.

Highly recommend this medical centre, Dr Micheal is one of the best doctors to see in Sydney, been coming here for many years, looks after my family, warm and comfortable environment, I trust his judgment and feel reassured every time.

Had to visit here for some stitches to be removed.

Andrew on reception was excellent, charming and super efficient as was Kathryn upstairs who did the removal.

Avoid this medical centre, absolutely disgusting behaviour!
Extremely disappointed with this medical centre, I had been seeing doctors in this clinic for approx. 2 years. I haven't needed to see the a doctor in over a year. I booked in to have a telehealth consult in regards to the COVID-19 vaccine (please note there was plenty of availability). The booking was accepted, however they never rang my phone. I tried calling the reception 30 mins and 1 hour after the schedule consult and the line was busy. I finally get through 5 hours after the originally scheduled consult the reception spoke with the doctor who said that because I wasn't a 'current patient' I was not illegible for a telehealth call, due to 'government rules', which a totally made up excuse. I explained the purpose of the call was discuss the COVID-19 vaccines, that this is my GP, I haven't need to see a doctor in over a year and that I'm trying to avoid face-to-face consults as per the lockdown guidelines. The receptionist said she understood but that the GP was not going to take the call.

Extreme lack of professionalism, absolutely disgusting lack of humanity.
You have been warned!

Ladies at the front desk are fantastic and the place is always clean, but no point in booking a appointment as I have been here a couple of times and so far I have had to wait about 30 mins after my booked time each time I have been here after arriving early
