Not sure the staff Emeray and Christian still working here,
They are so so much better then other store and Online store.
Online store and other big store, they don't care how long you been waiting for your order, all they can say is "that is demo, we can not ship you the demo, you have to wait for the next shipment".
because customer order online, it's not their sales not their kpi so they kick you like a soccer ball.
Emeray and Christian are different, they listen to you and provide with a solution.
DO NOT USE ON-LINE STORE,
Come to Good guys Chatswood look for Emeray and Christian.

I have had consistently good service from The Good Guys, Chatswood when it comes to warranty and returns over many years. Their staff are helpful and cheerful.

Went into the Chatswood store 2 min before closing time for a warranty repair. As the unorganised person I am, I didn't have my receipt and while madly scrolling through my emails, Adi, the shop assistant was proactively trying to find the receipt on the system. She was very patient and very customer focussed. She got things all sorted and all with a smile.even at the end of the day.

Thanks so much Adi for showing what great customer service is.

Bought a $1000 washing machine 2 1/2 years ago. It now isn’t working and despite what the ACL says they believe it’s acceptable to buy a new one every 2 years. They spiel out some bull and don’t care. As someone who has spent thousands there, never again. Machine should last much longer than that

As with everything it’s about building a relationship with your local store and team. I can say that Hamen and the team at the Chatswood store have never let me down in 8 years and always provide good advice and the best prices. I do not shop anywhere else for home appliances.

Needed a new fridge due to fridge blowing up. Was crystal clear to sales person on the phone I would only purchase if guaranteed next day delivery. They promised this was available. Only once I had paid my money did I find out I had to wait 4 days for a fridge. When trying to sort this out, their customer service number is a half hour hold time and you regularly get cut off. Took 4 phone calls for them to blame the delivery company and say “tough luck”. Then when the fridge finally turned up it came with a HUGE DENT. I was again promised next day delivery for a replacement which again didn’t happen. So if you need an appliance urgently or to turn up in as new condition, it would be my advice to shop with anyone except the good guys.

I called the store twice in regards to my online order and both call was answer by Ada. She has been the most helpful lady i ever spoke to on the phone. She assist me with my enquiry swiftly and i manage to get my purchase item on the day. Thank you!

Was waiting there hoing that someone would help but the staff were just hanging around and ignoring, so disappointed, asked if there was someone to help, I was told that A.is able to help but she was just walking around looking stressed and talking to other staff louly and ignoring us, ended up leaving without any luck

This was our first time buying from The Good Guys. Unfortunately we had the same experience as some of the other reviewers. We ordered online & arrived to collect our order. After 20mins we were told they are trying to figure something out as they cannot find our order and they suggest we take the display unit in store and then after another 20mins they miraculously found our order and we could leave. I honestly feel like it shouldn’t take 40mins to collect an order. The click & collect staff were friendly, but the same cannot be said about the in-store staff, except for the lady that found the freezer. The Black Friday price was very good.

I went to buy a LG standard remote which is roughly around 24 dollars. At the store I couldn't find it in the remote section but it showed in stock online. So, I asked a guy from the TV section to help find one. He didn't even move, instead, asked me to buy a universal remote priced at 65 dollars or book the LG standard remote online. He showed no intent to help and just went on a break shortly. I then order the remote online for pick up and waited in the car park for roughly an hour or so to get the pick up confirmation email. I went back into the store and collected the remote. All though pick and collect service was really great and quick but Miserably inadequate low standard in-house staff and service!

Unfortunately spent 20 minutes waiting to be assisted, it was blamed on Covid. Sales rep at the till made up answers on an item I was asking about. If you don't know please don't give wrong information. Pity as it's a good shop normally.

Hopeless staff at the express pickup zone. Waited almost 45mins to pick up my order and also wasn’t notified when it was ready in stock for pick up even after ordering it 1 month in advance.

Worst customer care and service. Bought a refridgerator, supposed to be delivered last weeks tuesday, a week ago, but they keep on rescheduling the delivery date and all the time they only say they will make sure it will happen this time and not willing to take any responsibility. Worst service ever.

Haven’t left a review for many years. Can’t help but to leave one now, unfortunately it’s the only negative review I ever left in my life.
Avoid this place at all cost, waited 10 days to confirm my delivery for my order. So I decide to went in store today and some sales came up to me very unpleasantly. I ask him about my order (which I paid for 10 days ago) and he said to me it’s on back order. Then he check again and say oh it’s actually here in store.
So I said I’ll pick it up now if it’s available, afterwards the guy came and say you can pick it up now. But I was still charge for the home delivery fee which I originally paid. I don’t care about the $30 delivery fee, but the whole process makes me feel like I have done something wrong ~ now wonder why I was the only customer that was there, literally no customer at all.
Women working at counter gives the worst service ever, she’s busy chatting to her colleagues and pretending I wasn’t there waiting to be served.
Recommend everyone to go some where else, it’s not like they give better deals then every where else.

We have bought many appliances here over the last 8 years. Read some of the recent comments on line, so went in personally. Very helpful in store. They warned me that some items on back order and delivery was tricky due to covid and so many products coming from China. Ended up with a Fisher and Paykel dishwasher and a F&P washing machine. Delivered around lunchtime the next day. Delivery guys helpful and friendly and extremely careful. Gear installed, up and running! Happy wife, happy life!

Can’t believe paid too money for a dryer online said delivery by Thursday last week. Rang store oh that’s been on back order for 4 months… take it off line then and give me a refund thanks- told me to call every week to see if it’s in … for how long? I will go in store and buy floor stock from a more reputable supplier.
