Indian lookalike guy in TV department need serious training in customer service. He made some remark which offended me. His tone changed according to customer’s race. I may be wrong but that’s what I felt and he failed as CSR.

Purchased an item online they deducted the payment from our credit card and then sent a message to our phone that the transaction did not go through! Unbelievably the message was a scam providing a link to provide another payment these guys have been hacked and have not done anything to provide IT support in stopping it going on or simply have not been able to stop it. Please do yourself a favour and either shop in store or elsewhere.

Hi if you need any type of appliances this place has it all tv, laptops, dishwashers, fridges, washing machines and other stuff good prices and great brands the staff are friendly and are ready to assist you in any way shape and form plus parking if needed.

No more higher than one star. Purchased fridge on Friday they promised delivery on Sunday. Nothing happen on Sunday. Call back to the store promise delivery on Thursday. Nothing happened. Call back to the shore nobody responded. So bad unprofessional customer service.

Pretty surprised. Was the only person there at 6pm today, not one worker greeted me or asked what I was looking for. If it was busy I'm cool to try and find what I'm looking for but in that situation I'd prefer to go elsewhere.

One of the worst store manager I have seen. Blondie manager threatened us to call the cop. Really rude and extremely poor customer service. No respect for customer. Owner should kick her out immediately otherwise you will loose more customer in future. Look at your review and act accordingly. I came with my two little kids and the way she behave is completely inappropriate.take this review in a serious Way.

Went into store to purchase all our home essentials and were served by Josh. Not only did we get an incredible deal, he was also extremely honest and had vast product knowledge. Highly recommend seeing Josh for all your needs. Will definitely be shopping there again as well as referring family and friends to him!

Large store off the highway with ample parking at the door. Great selection of electrical appliances, basically everything you can almost think of, but only a select few brands. Some great prices with a spacious and nice setup show area, however at the time hardly any staff to answer questions. Still would be one of the go to stores to compare prices on some brands.

We are looking to buy a fridge from here went in twice got serve by this women who looking after the fridge area.we tell her which fridge we want and she said no stock why you want that one we got this one in stock get this one! Which is $200 more then the one we want so I told her we want that other one and when is the stock will be available she didn’t answer and just walk away! Then we go in second time to day hoping to be server by someone else and there she is again we ask her about the delivery if the fright boxes don’t fit in the door will the delivery guy take it out from the package for us. She then answer with the tone of voice that annoying with our questions saying it they job to take out the packaging when delivery.she very rude so rude that make me and my husband no longer want to shop here ever again! And we bought a few things from here before.we just walk out and drive to different good guy store.and surely will never come back here ever again!

Since Good Guys was at Rockdale we got everything from them. Today we were in the shop for a washing machine for 15 minutes and not one person approach us. So we went somewhere else. What happened to the men that worked there. Today young girls who were busy chatting.

Never had a good experience with The Good Guys. The customer service is always second best and the after sales is non-existent. Warranty claims? Don’t even waste your time.

Went against my better judgement and made an online purchase for a blender via store pickup last month. It has taken 3 calls and an email to have the order cancelled and I still haven’t gotten my money back yet almost a month later.

This store in particular just don’t answer their phone either. Just rings and rings and rings some more.

Store manager Zoe was yelling and shouting across the store while we're being served by a lovely saleswoman. I asked the saleswoman who that person was and she was almost afraid to tell me. Strange.so i asked another sales guy.went to Harvey Norman instead!

No product knowledge rude un attentive staff. Since the other store manager Phil left the store has gone down hill. It was my go to for all my electricals I will not be going back. Also consider before purchasing the concierge warranty its a scam they make you jump through hoops to claim keep you on hold for ages and throw the blame on the manufacturer very disappointing.

I recent buy an Washing machine from there oneline. I wait for 4 weeks and still didn’t get the order. They took my money. I didn’t get the product. Such a wast of my time.

Customer service was great and the guy who served us made sure to go over all the details. You can tell that he knew a lot about his job. In a couple of days the fridge we ordered got delivered quickly and carefully. Great service all round

Worst service ever.
Ordered a dishwasher to be delivered Thursday. Never arrives. Call in, wait for ages on hold. Eventually, they find the order and apologise. We will get it delivered on Saturday and installed on Monday. Again, make all the arrangements to make sure someone is at home. Then the company who does the installing says he does not work in that area, and says its my problem to sort out. Seriously, how did this become my problem to sort out The Good Guys delivery issues. So again I sit on the phones and arrange another delivery and installer. Once the machine finally got delivered I call the person who The Good Guys email me to say will deliver. This man says, I need to call the Tempe store to arrange as he has not been paid and so until I rearrange AND they pay he is not doing anything. Absolute circus. You have to do better to stay in business.
