Worst customer service, the guy who serves at the front who doesn’t like to help. We bought Samsung the frame from the store and read terms and conditions to claim free bezel from the store and he keeps insisting that we bought it online. I’d rather give a one star review but here it is. Thanks for the bad experience.
Updated: the manager at the Good guys Wagga deserved a raise. She’s friendly and get straight to the point

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Monique over my order. She was patient, responsible, smart and super helpful. What a superstar to have in your team. It didn't bother me that everything was done via phone calls too

Retail chaos. Left my order sitting for months without emailing me because they had an old phone number on file. Then I chased them, organised the delivery and changed numbers on file. Took time off work and they failed to deliver because they put it on the wrong truck and tried to call me on the old number. Had to take another day off. They wouldn’t organise install even though the website said it was a service available in Albury because my online order was put through in Wagga. A shambles.

Went to the store this week to get some more information and possible purchase a new washing machine. Unfortunately the staff were to busy talking to each other and doing all they could to avoid eye contact with us to help. After waiting for 10 minutes I went up and asked for assistance, the salesman I got knew nothing about dishwashers and gave vague statements about the product and got defensive when I called him out on what he was saying was not correct. As you can probably gather I did not buy anything that day and the customer service better improve before I bother coming back to this store.

Went in yesterday for some appliances and was impressed by the customer service. Staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. Will be shopping here again.

I was offered service within two minutes of entering the store to purchase a new oven and cooktop. I stated I did not want an oven made in China/Korea/Vietnam and was told the Fisher and Paykel oven I wanted was made in New Zealand - after getting it delivered I found it was made in Thailand. Whilst looking at different appliances in the cooking section (which is not large) I noticed two items incorrectly ticketed, one on price, one a totally different model.
I was also less than impressed with the actual delivery. An approximate time could not be given, not even stating morning or afternoon. In addition, the delivery person had rolled his trolley through mud at some stage in the morning, and left heavy dirt tracks on my carpet.

Shocking service i rang to see if they have a item in store as i live out of town could not tell me if they have it and want my phone number to call me back had already given them my phone number no one called me back not hard to tell a customer if you have it in store before they travel there you lost a sale.

Purchased a fridge today. Such a simple process, was able to get it paid for and arrange delivery for Saturday in a matter of minutes. Always a pleasure shopping here

Don’t ever buy the “gold class” concierge absolutely do not deliver.phone call after phone call, blown up machine (not their fault) but concierge is a rip off and do not help one month later after they lost my claim we are still waiting.rip off do not buy the concierge!

The sales assistant was very helpful and tried his best to answer all of out queries. He searched high and low when we could not find the product we were after and was very apologetic when it was not in stock. We'd like to say thank you very much for all his help!

What ever you are paying Andre, give him more. The customer experience I have had when dealing with him has been exceptional (on two occasions now). Good staff like this need to be rewarded.

I bought a Lenovo IdeaCentre A340 23.8" i5 8GB 1TB AIO desktop on Saturday 26th Oct.at my local Wagga store and the Manager was very helpful with information on the desktop and the WD Passport I also bought. I also got a good deal on both. Very happy with the good guys Wagga Wagga. Can't wait to unbox my computer.

Went into the Wagga store after disappointing service at Harvey Norman. Rhiannon approached me immediately and I explained I wanted a laptop with touch screen preference. Said i had no idea what i was looking for and needed help understanding the product, as I hadnt had a computor for yrs. She was excellent. I chose the Lenovo C340 and Goodguys are setting this up for me. A very friendly and patient assistant. An assest to this store. I will be back for other things. Harvey Normans loss.

Just left the store and meet the rudest staff member every.

Dear Margaret if you didn't wish to serve me you should have told the red head sale man. I would have happily wait for some one else other then you. Find a new job where you don't need to interact with humans.

You dont need to ask how my day is or say hello but you do need to be respectful and if I say hello you should reply, it good customer service, a skill which you are lacking.

You need customers, we can go else where like Harvey Norman, which is what I should have done.

Everyone else very helpful, you all get 10A, I will be back as long as im not served by the lady behind the desk in the corner.

Shame on you.
