The Front Room

If you are looking for the best hairdressers in the North Shore, you need to visit the Front Room at Crows Nest. Absolutely love this place, all the hair stylists are wonderful. Justine, the owner, is so lovely and always so accommodating and my hair stylist Amanda is AMAZING, I love seeing what she does to my hair every 5 weeks! Also, when you visit the Front Room, you always have a laugh, such a lovely environment! Love this place x

Highly recommend this salon, have been searching for a good salon on the Northshore for what feels like the best part of the last 3 years! Juzzy is so amazing with colour and blonde. I am not the easiest customer nor great with communicating what I ever seem to want, but have never been happier with my hair since finding this salon! Their instagram page literally reflects the hair you will get yourself. This is def my salon now (sorry guys I know I am annoying!)! The whole team is fabulous and everyone leaving has amazing hair. If you are thinking about it, do book in.

I am delighted with Shane and the rescue he’s done for my hair. I arrived with my hair having been completely trashed by another salon and in just two visits Shane has brought back my colour and my hair is on the way to recovery. He’s also super gentle and kind. Before it was an Orange mess now it’s so much better.

It was my first time going to Front Room yesterday and I am always nervous to try a new salon but am so glad I did!
Ella did such an incredible job with my hair, I asked for a bright, creamy blonde and the colour is perfect.
10/10 recommend and Ella is divine!

Finally found my hair soulmate… I cannot fault front room at all and Amanda is next level she nails it every time! Would not trust anyone else with my hair!

The best! They completely saved my hair which had been pretty much destroyed from a year of box bleach and I got the exact result I wanted:) Plus Amanda and Marissa were both so nice and considerate about my hair basin phobia, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time which Im super grateful for. My hair looks AND feels healthier- definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately my hair has never been the same. So dry and so much breakage after balayage. So upset! Months on and still trying to fix it.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The amount of hair dressers I’ve been to for balayage…is an understatement. I’ve always walked out crying and on the next hoping they give me what I ask.

I would like to say thanks to Alex and Marissa because they understood 100% what and how I wanted my hair. Alex did an amazing natural blonde and Marissa a beautiful waves. It was the first time here in Australia that I was leaving a hairdressing that happy. I’ll definitely recommend you guys, happy customer! LOVING IT!

AMAZING! I have been going to the same hairdresser for 11 years and was apprehensive about someone new cutting my hair. Amanda is a genius. I am 48 and have incredibly thick.straight hair and I can comfortably say this is the best cut I have ever had. I asked her to do whatever she thought would look good as I was bored with the same (lack of) style and the result is beautiful. I am so happy and will be recommending the salon to everyone.

Hands down the best balayage I’ve had! So softly blended. Juzzy was professional and sweet. I showed her an image of what I wanted and she pulled through with my requests
Previously, I had my hair excessively teased to get a blended look. As a result of this, half of my hair had breakage which took so long to recover. I’ve put my trust in Juzzy to colour my hair and I have no regrets.

Service of tea / coffee is also a bonus

After having been in lockdown for months I was keen to get my hair done again! Cannot express how much I love my hair. Amanda absolutely killed it with my full head of foils, cut and blow dry! Juzzy and her team are the best. Super friendly and professional, cannot recommend enough! Will 100% be coming back!

I don't have the proper words to express how grateful I am to have found Juzzy. For the past 12 years I've struggled when I go to a new salon. I must have absolute nightmare hair because it always ends up streaky, patchy, orange and grey.

Juzzy is an actual wizard. She does a beautiful, multi-tone balayage through my hair, blending the blonde into my roots so it looks fresh without a hard root line. She creates the kind of end product that you'd pay $500+ for in top salons. Thank you Juzzy!

From having wild lockdown hair to now having multi-tonal balayage, I am extremely grateful for Juzzy and her amazing work!
