Thanks judy for getting my treadmill back into action - very fast service and not expensive - am very happy

Rang these people to come and fix my treadmill. The guy turned up a day later and simply removed the motor from the treadmill, charged me $159.50 and left. I rang their office for 3 days to see what was happening only to finally be told that I needed a new motor and it would cost me $370. I searched Google for a motor and found one for $110 and the local sparky quoted be $50 to fit it. In my opinion I totally got reamed by "The Firm" and their attitude was simply we have your money and that's what counts. I would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. It's a shame Google doesn't have a minus rating because that's what I would give them.

My elliptical trainer was stuck on the highest resistance setting. Couldn't fix my elliptical trainer because the replacement parts were no longer being made. I can understand that but there was no need to be patronising or rude. Ended up paying for a service but he left my machine disassembled and broken when it was previously working albeit stuck on one setting.
