I started seeing Kath, the Bowen Therapist a few months ago and am very happy with the results so far. I had never heard of this type of therapy before and am amazed at its power of healing and find it very relaxing and noninvasive like some other treatments I have tried.

I went to see Katika at the Family Wellness Centre for help with a chronic ‘pins and needles’ issue that was having a negative impact on my lifestyle. She treated my problem with a combination of acupuncture, moxibustion and massage. I looked forward to the treatments which always left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. After a couple of visits I started to feel a real improvement, and after a few more the results I experienced simply blew me away. Katika also gave me some advice on how to prevent the numbness returning which has been invaluable. She is a professional and thorough practitioner who takes the time to make sure her clients feel comfortable and understand the treatments she provides. I would not hesitate to recommend Katika to anyone looking for help with pain or numbness.
