7Anthony and Phil were an absolute pleasure to deal with! I went in to the store super indecisive and Anthony really helped me with his extensive knowledge. This made finishing our renovation a lot less stressful! A huge thank you to the staff and installers for both the flooring and shutters. We can’t recommend you guys enough!
Stay away! Worst Service ever - Walking into the shop, you want get any help, expertise or simple acknowledgement that you are present. Arranging a measure and quote is the next disaster, after driving 2-hours from Sydney to be available, the guy did not show up. I had a 10am appointment and the employee to measure was not even close at 11am. How can you be 1+ hour delay if you are the 2nd or 3rd appointment of the day?
What a waste of money & time.
They better shut door if they are not interested in any business and just take people for a ride.
Luckily there is another flooring shop in Long-Jetty, knowing what service is and also cheaper then Carpet Court.
Brillant service. Went in to ask for some offcuts for a very job at home. The staff were excellant and very helpful. Very proffessional and worth a review. Keep up the good work.
I dont usually write reviews but after the service from the entrance carpet court i need to warn others. The worst service you could possibly get. Poor quality materials. Poor carpet laying with the carpet after a year already bulking up. Extremely poor service and communication with them never getting back to you. Look for another place to get your job done.

Don’t bother. They never get back to you and when you finally speak to Anthony he acts as if he’s doing you a favour. He is quite arrogant. I find carpet court in general quite deceptive in terms of pricing. Shop around as other companies are much more transparent with their pricing and have a can do attitude. Good luck!
