Had a great lunch. The mushroom and prosciutto open sandwich was divine and the staff were all happy and friendly. Will definitely be back.

It was a nice experience. It was busy in there, long queue for ordering and payment. Would give them feedback if ordering and billing could be part of table service, that would be a huge improvement in service. Sitting inside and outside both were great options.

The food here looks amazing and taste great as well.had the crab and squid ink pasta as as well as the calamari salad.definitely coming back here to try the rest of the food menu.particularly enjoyed the milk coffee at this cafe.

The food was fantastic, wouldn't mind the steak sandwich being a bit bigger but it was still delicious none the less. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't been here before.

We went to the dining and co for breakfast at 10: 50am today.
We ordered our food at 11: 02am. The order had brekky burger and cajun chicken burger, muffin and 3 Latte. 2x regular Latte and third one with almond milk with extra shot. The food came to us at 11: 40am, understandable as they were quite busy. We waited for the coffees and nothing was given to us. I told the waitress that we are waiting for the muffin and three coffees and she said it won't be long. My muffin came but no coffee. 10 minutes later I went on the counter and asked again about the coffees and they said they will bring it out. We waited again. We noticed that all the customers that came way later they got their coffees and food and we were still waiting. I went on the counter to remind them that we are still waiting for our coffee. The counter attendant told me that the orders got mixed-up and they cannot find the order. So I repeated the order of my 3 coffees. We waited again. This time after another 10 minutes of wait my daughter went on the counter to remind them. In next 2 minutes they brought out 2 coffees. I reminded the waitress that there is one more coffee. She said she will check the order. She came out with a receipt that was sitting on the top. I told her that we ordered our food more than a hour ago and we ordered and paid for 3 coffees. Please either refund my money or get me my coffee. Next thing I got my coffee. We left from cafe at 12: 30pm. We had such a bad experience with this cafe. The system is not working for this cafe when it's busy. They need to come with better way of handling their busy time. We all go to relax at the cafe and not to get given stress and that is what they did to us. I will never recommend this cafe to any one. What is with the food getting served on chopping board that have other customers knife dents in it. How is that hygienic?

We had a really awful experience yesterday at North Ryde. We placed order inside the restaurant and told cashier we want to eat outside. The cashier gave us a number. Then we wait outside and find a table to sit down. A waitress came to us and was so angry to blame us that we should not order food before we had a table. But NO ONE TOLD US SUCH POLICY WHEN WE ORDER THE FOOD. They should let us know when we order. Plus no one was outside to arrange the table. The operation was so messy. The waitress is so rude. I feel so bad and so insulted until today. PLUS the food tastes not as good as before. We definitely will not come again.

Ordered 3 coffees, as you can see, the barista takes her time to make her coffee.also ordered poached eggs with avocado for Tue breakfast.nice little hideaway before the day starts.

Had a lovely meal with my family, the coffee was delicious and the red velvet latte was so good! We booked a reservation in advance as it does get busy quickly. Great food, great service, would come again.

North Ryde answer to smashed avo craving:) back 5 years ago, we do not have much choice for breakfast place in the area. When Dining n co open their doors on secluded Avon rd, this area is now alive. Good food, great service, definitely a good cure for big breakfast craving on a weekend (or weekdays now!)

One of the best cafes in the area. Nearby street parking is easy. Delicious food. Portion size is big. Calamari salad is one of my go to's.

Service was excellent, the cafe had great ambience.
Discount is given when paying with cash and the food was excellent. The coffee was a let down, my friend also ordered a coffee and she did not think it was that great either. Everything is excellent.

Consistently delicious! A pleasant cafe with lovely staff. Eggs are always cooked perfectly, and the BLAT is out of this world. Never disappoints.

We've now done breakfast here. The food is awesome. The people are friendly and super helpful. I can recommend the mixed Berry frappe.

Whilst visiting the North Ryde suburb of NSW, we decided to dine out for breakfast. I came across this gem of a café and paid a visit, it was already busy at the time however thankfully outdoor tables were free.

Staff were prompt to seat us and provide menus. There was a sign on the window mentioning ordering online so I gave it a whirl. Turns out it was for takeaway only, thankfully the staff at the counter picked up on it and processed it for dine in. The food was fantastic and came out quickly, was a great experience with this small business.

Great café. Good food and service.great steak, for only $18 dollars is a steal, very welcoming and friendly, would recommend to anyone looking for a regular café

Been coming here for a while now. The breakfasts are excellent, the spanner crab pasta is great, and the coffee is amazing.

Generally the vibe and staff are good. The food seems to have change. Unsure if there is a change in kitchen or owner.

The original steak was great with the mushroom sauce, and the crab pasta was flavourful. Now, the steak seem to have shrunken and pasta is lack of spice and seasoning.

Still a decent place to sit down for a cup of coffee with friendly staff regardless.

Don't bother ordering online for a pick up order. The ordering system does not synchronise with what they have available. I placed an order of a food item and a coffee. I waited for the 15 min time then walked to the store. When I arrived I was advised that the food item was not available and they had not contacted me. I asked for an alternative item and they prepared it. Then when the food item was ready, they started making the coffee after that. So I waited for 15 mins to go to the store, then 15 mins in store. Then when I got home the food item had gone cold whilst they were making the coffee (they had other orders to fulfil I assume). The restaurant was only maybe 1/3 full and no queues of people waiting for take away so it was a very disappointing experience given the circumstances.
