Tony and the team were very professional in the way I was greeted as well as while the car was booked for the work I wanted done. I was given an accurate estimate of the time the car would be ready and the work was as I requested and the car looked like new.

Great service from Tony! He had the car looking amazing while I had breakfast at the cafe next door! I will definitely be returning again!

Took one of our work cars there which hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Came out very clean inside and out. Great service and polite workers.

Nice service and fair price. I booked online, left the car there and had lunch at Granata’s. After my lunch my car was clean and looks brand new. Great experience and great team of workers as well, very friendly. Will definitely will be back!

I had my car Ceramic coated last week on Thursday. The car had water marks from being parked outside making the car look dull. They were buffed out and paint corrected. The boys spent 4 hours polishing the car it now looks brand new again. Thanks for the good work

Cameron and the team did an exceptional job on cleaning my 4wd noting it just did a drive to Melbourne and back (dead bugs everywhere)! Got the deluxe wash and vacuum and the car hasn’t been so clean since we bought it. The inside smelt immaculate and is an absolute pleasure to drive around in such mint condition. Thanks guys, will definitely be coming back but with both cars!

Following my initial review, Cameron (owner) personally reached out and sincerely apologised for what occurred 2 weeks prior. He stated that he recently purchased the business and had some poorly trained and inexperienced staff that he has since had to let go. He hired seemingly good detailers and a new manager (Garry) who seems like a good fit, with an eye for detail, well spoken and presentable.

To rectify the the situation, Cameron offered me a full detail. Unfortunately, due to time restraints I wasn't able to meet up with him upon request to view the car once the service was completed. However on arrival I was greeted by Garry who was pleased to show me around the car and all the work that was carried out ensuring I didn't have any doubts or problems. I greatly respect this as it's not present in majority of other companies.

The car was next to perfect, I could tell time and due care was taken when cleaning it.

I think what Cameron is trying to do here is innovative, offering an incredible range of services at extremely affordable prices with the primary focus on customer service, something that's become less of a priority as the years go by. I can guarantee I'll be back for my next clean, thanks Cameron!

Absolutely disgraceful!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS JOINT!

There’s no shot you guys call yourself, ‘The Detailing Hub Sydney’, that’s an absolute joke! There’s nothing more further from the truth.

Coming in with high hopes from the abundance of five star reviews and the fact they have ‘detailing’ in their name I was sure there were going to look after my car. Boy was I wrong, absolutely appalled with the end results.

The saying goes’ you pay for what you get. I got 1/3 of what I paid for. It’s absolutely criminal what you guys are doing!

I paid $99 for the super wash and an additional $40 for hand wax a polish.

As I was explained and on their site this service covers the following:

Exterior Wash / Chamois Dry/ Door trims cleaned Interior vacuumed Centre console and dashed area cleaned and conditioned
Windows and mirrors cleaned Wheels cleaned are tyre shine applied Boot vacuumed and cleaned Dog hair removal, sand and grass removal

In addition to this I was told the super wash would remove any and all bird droppings. Which go figure, wasn’t the case.

I got this service as my car hasn’t been cleaned in over a month and I wanted to bring it back to life, with my dog being sick I had several back and fourth trips to the vet and needed the dog hair removed especially from the boot (well get back to that later)

I could go on forever on how bad these guys are but let me just list out the things that were missed.

1. Top of the windows missed - I’ve been cleaning my cars for years, and anyone who’s done it will know you roll the windows down and clean top.
2. Mirror housing and surround - I can run my finger down and around collecting dirt because it was missed
3. Bird dropping on fuel door - need I say more, in addition fuel door was never opened to clean behind
4. All panels an area was missed - this is where I’m most annoyed as you guys didn’t even complete the most basic version of a car wash.
5. Overspray on some oily chemicals - probably $2 tyre shine, foreign substance on my wheels leaving an oily residue, in addition to the wheels not being cleaned
6. Under the windshield wipes - this is unforgivable, even as a teen taking my car to the $2 car wash at midnight with the boys we didn’t miss this spot. Every knows you lift he wipers to clean underneath
7. Cup holders, centre console - everything missed, smudge mark on screen, just over all a lack of care
8. Windows - 2 windows were not even touched
9. The boot - the main reason I opted for this service was to have the boot clean. It hasn’t even been touched.

It’s disheartening that this is what $140 apparently gets you in 2023, it makes me sick.

I’ll be requesting a full refund via email and find a legitimate company to carry out this service.

Booked for ceramic coating for exterior, tyres and interior. Cameron was really accomodating. Highly recommended.

Customer service was great, unfortunately I had to clean the car again the next day. As the boot was not cleaned correctly, skirtings were missed. Attention to detail would have been appreciated.

I am so incredibly happy with boys at The Detailing Hub in Pemulwuy. Brilliant service from the owner. My 14 year old car was sparkling like new. I'll be back for sure for some of their other services. Very reasonable in prices and worth every cent!
