Lovely place to go for a stroll or for celebrations. You can rent a shaded spot ranging from roughly $100- $400 for the day depending on the size. There is a 3 hour hike or bush walk available and free public barbecue facilities. Everything is kept exceptionally clean and grass is always trimmed and fresh green. Remember to always take rubbish with you!

The best thing about this park is the BBQs. Some coveted seating here. Always popular. There are toilets and water here. Off-street parking. Bicycle track. Good view. Bus stop is located up on the main road. If you want seating and bench for lunch time, I suggest you arrive early.

I always go bike riding there and it’s always so fun. I will be going here to have a BBQ on my birthday soon.

I love this place coz it not only gives you the freedom to walk at your own pace but privacy also with noone starring at you. So peaceful and very nice to get in touch with nature.

Nice open space in front of the sheltered concrete benched talbles. Gives a refreshing feel to it. Plenty of space for family entertainment.

Nice and big grassed area for kids and adults to kick a ball around. There are toilets and a bbq at this location. There is no play equipment for the kids though. If you are after play equipment it’s best if you go to “Plough and Harrow” or “Lizard Log” which is around the corner.

Love this place. I enjoy all the walking that you can do.
They have BBQ facilities and it's very family friendly.
Only issue is the limited parking.

Great open spaces. Perfect place for walking the dog and still has limited number of picnic shelters, BBQs and toilet facilities.

This picnic area has a beautiful view and has been really nicely done with stylish shelters and shelters that blend into the environment. You can imagine you are along way from Sydney. The bike/walking track continues in both directions with plenty of places to stop and for kids to play.

Heaps of grassy areas with benches and bathrooms that's great for a picnic away from busy crowds such as at lizard log. There are nice walking/ cycling paths too. But it does get very hilly. Also good for photography!:)

Great place for a BBQ with expansive views and lots of greenery. Make sure you explore especially off the track.
