I wasn't sure what I was getting into designing/ordering boxes for my small business from a random website on the internet, but TCB (Kevin Wells particularly) were AMAZING. So helpful, so patient, so fast and responsive. They made all my many rounds of amends quickly and at no extra cost. They made recommendations based on their own expertise, and followed up with me to ensure I was across shipping/delivery/final specs/etc. I would 10000% recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in future. We have used "The Custom Boxes - Australia" on a number of occasions and have always found their services to be prompt and efficient. Their quality boxes really suit our business (Tasmanian Impressions) and compliment our range of jewellery products extremely well. In particular, our last order, at a time when transport was quite difficult, was serviced by Nick personally who provided a streamlined response to our requirements and we have no hesitation in recommending them to any new customers.

Please do not use this company. We placed and paid for our order only to have them demand more money and refuse to pay our refund. Do not us this company they are seriously dodgy.

I do not recommend this business. We got some dividers made and they took so long to be made (came from pakistan and im still not even sure if this company is in aus?). Communication was good to start until we complained the product was poor quality and not to mention of the wrong size. We were not allowed a refund as we wanted. We had to let them make them again. After a few long months with back and forward emails we got the new ones delivered. They were much better then the first but still not great and not usable. Regret ever going to this company. Never again.

I've been dealing with Harry Martin, I asked am I able to speak to the boss, he replies "I am the boss". He is only a sales representative. This was via the phone. Other than that his poor work ethic lead to no results. I suggest everyone to not do their business dealings with this unprofessional company.

I have been planning to order some product boxes from The Custom Boxes for approximately a year but due to unexpected extenuating circumstances, I haven't been able to go through with it. However, I'm writing this review on the aspects of the business that I have been exposed to because I feel that at this point they have earned some positive recognition, and I am confident that my positive experience will transfer over to the aspects I have not been exposed to.

Firstly, my product is of unusual nature in terms of the purpose of the contents (supplements used for a specific purpose), which I initially found some cause for minor anxiety as I was worried that I would receive a poor reaction due to it appearing potentially nefarious on face value (it's not). However, my experience has been the exact opposite of this. The sole sales rep I've been communicating with since the inception of my idea has been Daisy, and she has been a delight to deal with. Well mannered, understanding of my situation, understanding of my product and has attempted to be actively helpful in the product's design (I like to do things myself, though).

Overall, my experience with The Custom Boxes has been fantastic and I am confident that once I (hopefully) place my order, my product will come on time, to my specifications and of high quality.
