I came here to have an ultrasound done & I was helped by Lianne, she was so helpful & courteous, she was thorough in inspecting by pain & I kindly appreciate her professionalism, she is an assest to your organisation

The receptionist was so rude. Every health care providers provides the mask for the patients but here they said that they will charge for the mask.
There's no point of taking an appointment

I was disappointed in my experience. I am a regular and always used to go there for my ultrasounds as I suffer ovarian cysts that need monitoring. My last experience which will be my last was not pleasant with the lady radiologist- she had absolutely no good bed side manner and this happened in September last year. It is not professional nor ok for the radiologist to scare a patient when there is no diagnosis from a doctor. My anxiety was so high after that visit, I drove myself to emergency. They need to stop scaring patients until a doctor diagnosis the problem, isn't that protocol?

telling a patient bluntly that it "looks concerning" is very scary for a patient. I did not catch this radiologists name but i am writing this review in hope that you will do better in understanding protocol in the future.

My review is for Li-Anne. I had an ultrasound which I wasn't looking forward to. I hardly waited, in fact was taken early, and Li-Anne made the whole experience smooth, friendly, anxiety-free and wonderfully conducted from end to finish. Thank you.

Very accomodating practice offering full service radiology and prompt reporting which shortens the patient’s medical care time. Highly recommend this business for your important radiology care needs. Harry Poeltl

I had my pregnancy NT scan with Peter few days back at this centre. Peter has immense knowledge with the fetal scanning and he gave us detailed information through whole scanning. We totally satisfied with the service and Peter made it a memorable experience for us. The reception staffs are also prompt and kind when asking information.

They were so great and understanding. My mum and I went to the wrong place and were late to the appointment and they were closing. But the guy still took us in and stayed back for us. Definitely gonna go there if we need anything else done

My review is for Katrina. Came in today for my ultrasound and didn't even wait 10 minutes in the waiting area for my name to be called. She was so warm and lovely, made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I had a great experience and am glad my doctor referred me here.

I was exactly on time being a new patient.
Very polite and very efficient as it should be and what people from my generation expect. Dr Lam is a real nice guy and a bit of an expert.
Don't waist time dealing with the dopes at another place close bye.
THESE ARE THE GO TO PEOPLE.

Top service, whenever l go there since they've opened. Thank you very much to the pleasant and caring receptionist who arranged for me on Wed afternoon to have a ultrasound sound done whilst l was there for my x-ray.l'm sorry ldidnt get your name. Worst place ever. Bad communication either on phone or while informing about any information. Worst customer service. Poor Front desk staffs. Worst place to go for radiology services. Expensive service charges.

我不明白他们为什么设置两个等候区。第一次去的人根本不会想到两个等候区等待检查的项目有不同,结果被叫过了号只能从头再等一次,让我一共等了一个小时!
I don't understand why they set up two waiting areas. People who went there for the first time would never think that the items waiting to be inspected in the two waiting areas were different. As a result, they could only wait again from the beginning after being called, which made me wait for a total of one hour!

I didn't get her name but I appreciated the professional and attentive manner of the sonography that conducted my scan. I was a bit nervous but she made it a very comfortable experience. Thanks to the receptionists as well for their speedy service!

I have an appointment at 8 am I was late by 10 mins and the queue in front of me was 3 people at the front and they call me earlier said it was ok not exceeded 8.30 but then the lady said couldnt do it because i was late. PLEASE DONT SAID IF ITS OK TO COME IF AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU COULDNT TOLERATE IT. VERY MISLEADING INFORMATION GIVEN. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

The old lady with the glasses in reception was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever seen. I am paying money for my checkup and treatment. If you guys can't talk to your clients properly then you should not keep this kind of people in the business.

I am disappointed with The Cross Radiology. I spent my whole day running around, went to the GP, got referred to the emergency department at St George hosptial to remove a foreign object from my foot. The ultrasound had revealed it was a 6mm long object. The GP tried but couldn't dig deep enough, so the registered nurse tried at ED but also said she couldn't find it successfully and the ultrasound wasn't detailed enough. I was redirected back to get another ultrasound done only to be told there was an error in the report- the foreign object was 0.6mm long NOT 6mm long. Having two people digging at it, it was likely removed. But the hosptial was considering surgery because they were looking for a 6mm long object. I do suggest there is better proofreading of the reports.
