We live in a '70s built strata apartment in Coogee Sydney. Throughout our 2 bedroom apartment, we have problems with moisture in nearly all walls, resulting in mould. The Construction Advocate was recommended. Stanley Giaouris attended and conducted a comprehensive inspection, which included extensive testing above, below and inside our apartment. His 21 page report, which included photos and electronically gathered data, was presented to us in a clear, concise, well laid out format. All problems were identified and all were accompanied with recommendations for remedial solutions. After his account was settled, he was very attentive with after service and follow up. This courteous guy knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

We went to Construction Advocate and requested a building inspection report prior to purchasing a brand new unit. What we received was a well detailed report highlighting a complete list of defects and his professional opinion of the building. The vendor himself was very impressed with the report as well.
