Visited “Computer Guy” today for a RAM installation that I couldn’t manage on my own. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They had the RAM installed and my computer up and running in no time. Pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend for any computer repair needs.

Very, very disappointed, I dropped my son’s Mac book off 3 weeks ago to replace the cracked screen and was told it would take a couple of weeks after 2 weeks without being contacted, I contacted the store and was told they were waiting for a part. I made it crystal clear it was my son’s school lap top and it would be good if he had it back before school went back from holidays (1weeks time). After not hearing anything, I called on the Friday before school went back and was informed they can’t fix it and I’ll have to take it to a different repairer ‍️‍️. Iv since left my number and asked for the manager to call me but he’s obviously too busy for a simple curtesy call.no explanation, no apology, I would never recommend them to anyone again especially if your relying on something.the most unprofessional experience iv had with any store ever! I even told them I’d hold off on this review until I had been contacted from the manager but still nothing ‍️. So there you go! Stay away from the computer guy!

Tried to get my laptop's battery fixed and it took almost 3 months and when i got it back the laptop's internet connection broke.im only giving 2 stars because i wasn't charged.if you're gonna try get anything fixed, go anywhere but here

I appreciate that you were open and honest in our discussions and therefore happy to wait and not annoy you asking for updates. I've had a really good experience over the past few months with The Computer Guy. I initially sought their help after reading their good reviews, and was in a bit of a panic as I had a uni assessment due the following day and 1 dead computer. They were able to quickly get the folder I needed off my hard drive. A few months later I was able to drop my computer in to be fixed, and even though new problems popped up, they were quick to address the issue and also kept me informed about progress updates regarding it which I really appreciated. I recommend The Computer Guy for friendly, efficient service:)
