Staff are excellent, respectful and eager to fulfill your requests. It's nice to be treated this way. Manners aren't dead here.

The only real negative is that it is very out of the way. But even that plays to it's strength as it contains a treasure trove of miniatures and products. Even the rare OOP ones

Aus Post lost my order, and Combat Company replaced it without any fuss. Always a great experience.

Ordered a large board game. Price was $40 less than same game via ebay sellers. Shipped quickly via Auspost, well packaged, and at reasonable cost.

GOATED Warhammer experience. Great customer service, great tables and setups (it's free) better selection than any GW I've ever been too. Can't compliment this place enough.

Great range and good prices. In-store is a terrible experience though. Nothing at all has a price tag (except clearance) and the help from the staff is always like they’d rather be doing something else or just an imposition. Store is too dark and we had to resort to phone torches just to see what is on the shelves. Anyone who is new in the hobby or needs advice or help, stay away.

Have purchased multiple items from this store. Always arrives ahead of schedule and in good condition. Consistently cheaper than retail outlets and the Modfx kits are extremely useful.

Awesome store for tabletop hobbyists. They have a LARGE inventory, staff are friendly and welcoming. Online store is comprehensive too. I'm new to the hobby and loved my experience there. Kishan was very helpful and showed me around. The store is also a social club - people go there to socialise, build, paint and play games. Will definitely visit there again.

Amazing store. I live in NZ, but have had the pleasure of going into the store a while back while visiting family in Aus, and while it was a little hard to find I personally blame my lack of area knowledge. The staff are great, the range is amazing (far better than most locals), the shipping overseas is fairly priced (at least to NZ, it can be much higher otherwise) and fairly quick. Overall, these guys are a 10/10. Will happily continue to purchase again and again.

Amazing range in store, and fast online ordering and delivery. I've been a customer for maybe a decade, and these guys are great. Worth a visit to the store (warehouse) as they have so much more stock and such a HUGE variety that it's hard to believe. You've tried the rest, now try the best. It's a long car trip for me, so usually I grab a friend and we spend the time to head out and indulge. Great pilgrimage!

Simply the best place in Sydney for all things Warhammer. I adore this place. The staff are awesome, the terrain for games in-store is fantastic, the selection is out of this world (especially paints, hobby supplies, and basing stuff), and it's such a great space. Always my first choice even though I'm 30 mins drive away

Online store is very good and simple to use. TCC actually display real stock levels instead of letting you know (after payment) that they don't have the item and it is on back order. I have tried to support a range of Australian hobby stores but will be spending my time and money with TCC from now on.
