Abit disappointed with the customer service here, staff seem disinterested. No smile, no pleasantries. Vibe is non existent here.

Lovely staff, professional chef, delicious food, come and try here every one, you would love it.

I took my 2 granddaughters Wednesday the first week of the school holidays. One said the avocado tastes funny. My poached eggs were not done hard as requested, but running on the plate. The 3 of us found our sour dough toast not even toasted. I complained nicely, but all I received in return were 2 marshmallows on a stick per child! I came recently with a friend, and we both ordered our usual toastie. Instead we received thin bread, 2 slices cut into 4. It was more a kid’s serving. With money being tight, and everything going up in price, I won’t be wasting it here on substandard food.

Clean and neat.enjoyed flat grills.mum and I enjoyed chicken and pesto better than ducks, which was too saucy and wet for our taste.salad was nice with perfect amount of vinegar.spinach feta muffin was not toasted enough but enjoyed the savoury taste.could have more spinach in it.

Came here on a rainy day. Great friendly customer service. Male barista offered to make another latte for me cause we made a wrong order. Eggs benedict had lots of sauce and cooked just right, presented nice and clean. Suprisingly good hot coffee (not watered down) pleasantly strong the way I like. Keep up good work

Food is rubbish and overpriced for the amount on the plate. Toast looked like it was done on the cheapest butter. Service is really poor, no attention to customer needs and positive energy. However, coffee was nice and tasty.

Couldn't agree more with those who say rude staff and impatient- especially with the elderly. The food is mediocre- but seriously the service needs a revamp!

I can say the coffee was absolutly disgusting. The beans they use are cheap and taste like burnt coffee. This goes for all of the Coffee Club shops. Buy in good quality and nice tasting coffee. Not cheap market cofee! They should seriously think lf changing their franchise name.

I ordered breakfast from this place and everything was cold and stale including the poached eggs. I would normally not leave negative reviews for a restaurant but this really spoiled my day and had to share my experience.

There should be a choice of ZERO star.

Reluctant to change dressing. Staff forgot to put certain main ingredients which clearly stated on the menu. Staff always look confused or slacking, poor service and attitude. Complaint to the staff, she just acknowledged it without any followup nor apologies like nothing happens! Horrible service!

Absolutely an inappropriate customer service!
The lady staff has just insisted what she wanted to say with one sentence of English without being acknowledged their fault.
She was so rude better not to visit
No star at all! She just simply ruined my day.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. $9 for an egg and bacon roll. That is just criminal and disgusting. They’re supposed to cost $6.00-$7.50 very very poor

Worst place to go. We went yesterday at first at the reception there a man with glasses I didn't see his name he asked me to sign in I said ok then he asked me do you live in 5k radius I said yes. Then he said you have to join membership if you dont live in 5 k radius I said I do live in 5 k radius I saw my friend and was sitting with him he sent another person by name imran came to us while we were seated asked about signing in said I wanted to but the guy said you need to get membership we were happy to get membership and he wanted to check my friends I'd my friend gave his I'd he doesn't live in 5k radius and we were asked to leave or else we might call police.
How cool is that? Then this fellow whom I addressed at first who said I can sign in at first then later denied I cant I said he advised this then this imran said no he cannot say that I trained him so imran must have trained him from an idiot's hands book because he himself was an idiot to behave this way.
Horrible experience we left from there feeling like criminals where as they themselves doesn't know what they are doing.

Very very unfriendly! Rude staff at reception use the louder voice to stop me when I just get in the building. It’s a worst experience for me in Australia. Never going back to there, they are destroying the image of Australia in the world.

I’ve been coming to Ryde Eastwood leagues club for 25 years! So have frequented the coffee club since it took over the Ryde Eastwood leagues club coffee shop some many many years ago. Over the years there have been many change of faces behind the counter but no matter what the coffee has been awesome! I’m not a huge coffee fan but never fail to enjoy my coffee here! And of course the food & sweets are awesome too

We ordered 2 coffee and cakes, Coffee is okay, but I asked for a glass of hot water, the staff said that will be one dollar each, this was the first time I need to pay a glass of water in the cafe
