In 2020, our Bhutan trip was cancelled due to covid. Following CSCs advice, we trusted them, did as advised and ended up getting a full refund. Looking forward to another trip with them in a few weeks.

We have used The Classic Safari Company several times. The latest was 25 days in Kenya visiting five different camps.
The camps they chose were all quite amazing and unique.
We are repeat travellers to Africa so are quite particular about what we are looking for and Warren at TCSC did an brilliant job of putting this trip together.
We saw so much more than we expected and I will say the for anyone travelling extensively in Kenya or any country in Africa or South America (which we also did) one of the most important things was the comfort and confidence that everything is handled all the way. You never feel worried or at a loss as you are always looked after so well. So after six trips with The Classic Safari Company I cannot recommend them enough and we will be using them for all our future trips.

I cannot recommend the Classic Safari Company highly enough! Having booked multiple trips to South America and Africa with them, they continue to amaze me with their professionalism and vast knowledge of the far-flung places of the world. If you are looking for something off the beaten path then this is the company to contact. Nothing is too much trouble and their itineraries are always unique.

These guys really know their stuff! They gave us valuable advice when planning our trip which took us to a couple of destinations we would never have considered (or known existed!) otherwise. Amazing attention to detail meant we had a seamless experience on the ground in Africa. Thank you TCSC!

Terribly over-priced travel agent. Definitely would not recommend engaging these guys for your premium travel bookings, much better operators out there! Parts of our trip were okay, but on the whole, left us feeling ripped off. Same feedback was also apparent with other travellers we met using these services.

Have used Classic Safari a number of times, principally for Africa, but also Sri Lanka. They know their stuff, given all the reps I have met have travelled to these parts extensively, and are very passionate and knowledgeable about these destinations. If you want something special and tailored and off the beaten track - would highly recommend.

After two wonderful trips to Africa with Classic Safaris it was an easy choice to book Secret Women's Egypt trip in 2020 for a friend and myself. Sadly Covid meant the trip had to be cancelled 2 wks out. What was so disappointing was Classic Safari company did not refund us a single cent of our fully paid trip. To add salt to the wound the owner/director's attitude and lack of concern was really hard to swallow and frankly galling. Covid has been tough on individuals and businesses. Running an event business where due to Covid I had to cancel several events I made sure I reimbursed what I could to exhibitors. So when the Classic Safari newsletter today has the headline 'Survival of the fittest' we are reminded of that lack of respect. Our battle scars are also big, and like an elephant we won't forget.

Dissappointing to hear your review Angus I can not speak highly enough of the team at Classic Safari. From our first experience with East Africa, on a horse riding safari across the Mara experiencing the mass migration. We have sort their expertise to venture to south America and Spain and we can not wait for their assistance with the next trip to Africa to the Okovango Delta.
