Product arrived but box was half open during shipping transit, I would suggest since this is international purchase try to get boxes more sturdy and place pillows/fabrics in plastic bags to avoid items getting stained

Oh my goodness where has this gorgeous shop been all my life.
Have purchased more than I should this year from the Christmas Market, but with such beautiful products it’s hard to resist. Siannon has exquisite taste and a passion for Christmas and beautiful things and this definitely shows in the service she provides, the products she sells and the quality of those products. The French Linen quilt covers are what dreams are made of, the fabric just beautiful as is the reversible print. The Heirloom Blanket was so much more beautiful than I expected, every time I look at it I see something different, I can see why it’s called Heirloom. The cushions well they are irresistible, as are the tree decorations, in fact everything is irresistible.
Thanks so much Siannon for bringing joy to many people, families and homes throughout the world.

Shocking that the tinsel garland spool I have received has a warning that it “ contains chemicals known to cause cancer”. On contacting thechristmasmarket store I was told do not be alarmed by cancer warning. They also asked me to return the toxin tinsel spool back to them if I don’t want the tinsel with “cancer causing chemical warning” at my own expense. Note that their website does not state that the decoration has cancer causing chemical warning on it. You will only find out once you receive the item, like I did. Need I say more!

This is there response after several emails. They asked for my review. I posted on instagram after several failed attempts to get a response on emails, and they were quick to delete my feedback and disable me from commenting.

Encouraging you all to you be mindful of purchases. It is not mentioned on the product description but there is a warning label when you receive the item.

I understand you are busy. It has been close to a month since I ordered my two signs and I yet have not received them or they have not left your warehouse for some reason. It states that you guys are asking me how I like them I don’t know I haven’t received them yet and I understand they’re coming from Australia but when someone purchases something from you guys, don’t you think you should let them know that it’s going to take a month or two to get it it’s very disappointing that a company would take this long. At this point I don’t know if it’s coming or when it’s coming can someone please get back to me?

Received my latest batch of goodies today, beautifully packed as always. Such amazing pieces this store has, the greenery is so real, the decorative houses are just gorgeous. I managed to get a door bow which i am sooo excited to put up this year! I am totally addicted to this store and eagerly await all their new releases

Absolutely perfect, magical! Delivered in a timely manner. Given updates for dispatch. Arrived beautifully packed with a free gift. I was excited to received my purchase, excited to open it and was not disappointed.highly recommend

I have purchased things from The Christmas Market since they first opened. Typically, the items that I purchased have been made exclusively for TCM and, mostly, are designed by the young owner of the store. The ceramics are adorable and their throw rugs and pyjamas are great quality…they have been used, washed and dried in the washing machine countless times and still in great condition. The after sales service is wonderful and I usually receive them within a couple of days of purchase, even during peak times. If you’re looking for beautiful, high quality, seasonal pieces that you won’t tire of from seeing them in every store you visit, TCM is a great place for you to start your search.

I’ve purchased 11 times with The Christmas Market, however I will never purchase again with my last experience.

The customer service is completely lacking and they fail to have competency with their product intake as previously I’ve had several items refunded as ‘they miscounted their products and has insufficient amounts’

I’ve had two issues being:

I purchased a sign which arrived damaged. I had to keep following up via Instagram and email requesting and update for a return label to be sent so I could return the parcel and receive a replacement sign. Over a week past and still nothing, I followed up again and as soon as I received the return label I posted the item and forwarded confirmation to The Christmas Market with the reference number. Good management would keep this item aside so they can fulfill the purchase. I received confirmation from Australia Post the item was received, I looked online and 3 signs were still in stock – I waited over a week and no reply or shipping email to confirm this was posted – I followed up again and this was my reply:

Yes it was apologies for the delay
We have searched high and low in the warehouse and unforauntely we do not have another bakery sign to replace yours.
We had a very close look at it and to be honest the little mark could be touched up with a little sand and some red paint, it kind of adds to the vintage nature of the sign!
So we can send it back with your outstanding order 44067 with the berries if you like?

Sorry – but why would I want to pay full price for something that is damaged to then have to sand back and repaint to fix is beyond me?

Secondly, I received damaged items where the berry sprays were missing berries. The Christmas Market stated this was damaged caused by Australia Posts and to seek reimbursement with them. I had to send numerous emails and photographs confirming there were no berries in the parcel therefore it was sent and packaged with damaged items. I am still yet to receive these damaged items which were charged to my credit card back in December 2022.

Very disappointment with the customer service from this company – perhaps they are only interested in securing a ‘ONE OFF’ customer and not interested in offering any compensation to return customers.

I agree with all of the other 1 star reviews – yes this store does have some beautiful items but with the customer service so below standard do your homework and shop around. Sad as I always like to support local family businesses.

I have placed multiple orders with The Christmas Market- Im obsessed with all their Christmas decor and decorations, its all so beautiful and well made. Siannon even personally called me one day regarding one of my purchases and its packaging, to check if I was happy with what they would send. I love the company and highly recommend them but warn you its addictive.:)

Can’t rate the Christmas Market high enough. Both online and in store is just magic. All products are just beautiful, the quality is just amazing. Any online order I have received is packaged with so much care. Customer service is just amazing. The staff always returning any messages I have left. If you are looking for beautiful, quality Christmas decor look no further. 100% recommend.

I have now bought from the Christmas Market 2x now as I just adore the unique decorations they have in stock. I love the old vintage glass ornament designs and cannot wait to put them up on my tree for Christmas! The countdown is on for sure. They got dispatched really quickly too and no damage done as they were packed in tissue and bubble wrap which was perfect. I also got a free gift with one of my parcels which was a lovely gesture. It was a Christmas planner book, it’s so pretty though I’m nervous to write in it and ruin it ha! Was delivered quite quickly too. So overall experience 10 out of 10. Would happily buy from the Christmas Market again!

The Christmas Market really is a cute store.
I love just EVERYTHING about it.
All of those shiny, glittery things and most of all I enjoy the vintage games.
Everything is made with love to details.
I have the feeling that Siannon and her team are at least as addicted to Christmas as I am and that feels great.

I was a little concerned about the international shipping process, but even that turned out to be a walk in the park with the help from Siannon and her team.

I love the community behind the Christmas market and look forward to Siannon‘s daily updates and new product releases. The Christmas market products are exquisite and the attention to detail is amazing. I love the variety of products they have and they’re always realising new products exclusive to the Christmas market. I found this magical Christmas store on Instagram over a year ago and let me tell you I have purchased nearly every single month since then. Hahaa. I have purchased the most incredible and one of a kind items I have never seen anywhere else. Siannon has such a vision and so creative that every launch tops the last. Everything has been top quality and at a great price point. This store is literally made for your Christmas dreams! My shopping experience has been superb! I live in the united states and Siannon has given me the best customer service. She communicates so rapidly and is so accommodative with each shopping experience. I can only wish to someday shop her beautiful shop in person and meet Mrs. Christmas to thank her for bringing my inner Childs dreams to life! Amazing customer service, quick to post out orders, with the most amazing Christmas collections

I have been following The Christmas Market from the very beginning. Customer service has always been amazing and has only gotten better the bigger they get. Orders are packed so beautifully with care and thought and all the extra details like a thank you card make it all that more magical.
This store is so necessary here in Australia as there is no one else offering beautiful pieces like this whimsical store does. The Christmas Market also has their own one of a kind exclusive designs that are fast becoming collectables and are treasured by the whole family.
One of our favourite exclusive designs by TCM is their exclusive Christmas themed board game. There is nothing else like on the market anywhere. It’s a must have for all Christmas lovers and families to play over the festive season.
