The Choc Pot / Eightastic

Eightastic provided a good dining experience overall. However, there were hiccups, such as having to ask to wipe our table down, forgetting two meals and the absence of utensils on our table. On the positive side, they promptly addressed the oversight of a missed meal by offering a discount. The overall experience was satisfactory, with room for improvement in service efficiency.

Come here for the desserts, I wouldn't get their burgers/savoury food. Waffles and ice cream were delicious. Had fried chicken with rice but no vegetables whatsoever and fried chicken must have been frozen (it was somehow cooked yet stone cold in the centre). Burger was acceptable but meat patty was not the most tasty.

So happy to discover I could get dessert and hot chocolate from a store at 9pm on a weeknight! Staff were friendly. I need to visit again to try the savoury part of the menu.

Great experience at this place! The burgers were delicious and packed with flavour, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely a great spot for burger and dessert lovers.

Honestly the best place for dessert! I love going there with my kids. We love the waffles and choc pots. Always delicious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! We love going there regularly and always take our family and friends there. Keep up the good work. Yummy food

This place before known as Choc Pot now it is Eightastic, love the service and not too bad for the food.
The things that this place to fix, only the menu.
Paper menu already ripping and not that good look also not simple.
They have alot of variant from burger, fried chicken, and dessert.
Coffee not too bad, I ordered soy cap, still can taste burn coffee.

Best chocolate dessert! The choc pot with vanilla ice cream and the chicken lollipop is so juicy!

Five stars does not do this place justice. The best worst thing that’s moved in next door I have been here 1 or 2 times if not 3 every week since they opened. The salted caramel brownie I could die for

Such a nice coffee and gelatos, I’m from Italy and love their gelatos & coffee.
They always have different flavours to delight us.

Bad service

My waffles were cold and ice cream had whipped cream in it when it’s not supposed to, it took 40 mins to come and my utensils were dirty

Had the crepe, with extra banana & vanilla ice cream for the first time with Door Dash Delivery. This place is a hidden gem. Can't wait to take family and friends when we can make it.

We ordered through Uber eats for the kids and had to cancel the order after waiting one hour and the poor driver wasn’t getting any response from this store as to how much longer the order would be. We could not even call this place as there was no contact number and they also go by another business name “The waffle factory”. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

This shop's desserts are very delicious and unique! Like pics I had is Over The Rainbow Waffnut that makes me amazed and Taro Milk Tea is yummy as well. I will come to here again and again️️️

Great local spot for dessert when feeling something sweet. Crepes are delicious and would recommend the ice cream.

Went to Choc Pot last night and had the best experience. Was served by a lovely young man that made our experience amazing, exceeding expectations on service and the food!

For specialising in deserts this was terrible and not edible

the milk shake was warm and had no chocolate flavour at all they even made it again and just as bad as the first

Food was smaller than expected, service was polite and quick. Fit out is extremely average. Not bad for a quick coffee and treat, but no ambiance to have a desert experience in my opinion.

The service was poor, most of my friends had to wait 45 minutes for their desserts. We told the employees many times about our orders and which they got the order wrong, missed out on some desserts that we ordered and we waited for 15 minutes or so to be served. They also had a blasphemy photo of a parody of the 'Last Supper' of Jesus Christ which is very insulting to any Chrisitan. Apart from that, food and presentation was good.
