I always pop in here when we pick up the local fish and chips. We love the quarter cakes, so we can keep everyone happy at home. Personal fav is the Lemon Meringue pie. Great friendly service and the cakes are always fresh. Highly recomended

I've ordered several cakes from this shop on several occasions and all different styles. All the cakes are really yummy and you can tell they're made fresh. I love their sponge cakes. Whatever their recipe is for sponges, it's good. Very happy with the quality and service.

The cakes are always so tasty and fresh! The shop is local to us so very convenient to drive past, pick up a cake for every occasion. Never had an issue with staff, always friendly and professional.

I just called for changing the drip on NAKED CELEBERATION cake and change the script at 11: 18 am Carlton, the guy who received the call was very rude. When i made changes to the drip colour and about to change script as well he said he was busy and to call me later. I asked polietly when I should call back. He said I can call any time but didnt have time at that moment as five other customers were waiting for him. When I called back after some time and asked for manager, he said thy dont have manager and didnt give me his name or time to speak to him. He even adviced me to cancel the order if I dont like it. He later called me again from him personal number saying he is the manager, Aman. I refused to speak to him.
I just wanted to know if this is how Cheese cake deals with their other customer? I just wanted the cake. I just want to point out that if the store was so busy, he shouldn’t have received the call at all and I would be fine with it.
If i could I would be happy to give negative marking for his customer service.
Now I am not sure if my order will be ready on time or not.

Disgusting customer service, like disgusting beyond belief.
Called today and spoke to someone who said his name was almond (well that’s what I heard before he hung up on me.

My inquiry was what cake do they have in quarters available now as I wanted to pick up 4 different quarters.

Almonds or whatever his name was, was very rude and told me to come and and see for myself as he was busy and pretty much didn’t have time to answer my queries over the phone, I also didn’t get a chance to ask almond if they had the 4 cakes I had in question because he was so rude and hung up.

I hope this isn’t the store manager because this was disgusting, zero customer service at this store.
It’s sad.

Will not be shopping here again like I have many times in the past.

Terrible customer service. My young daughter came in to buy a cake. She asked for one and waited for a while. When the lady came out she showed my daughter the cake, however she showed it to her at an angle where you couldn’t see the broken side. Nor did she tell my daughter of the fault. Hoodwinking a young child is disgraceful.

I would love to give five star for the quality of cake, but customer service this morning is so bad. Manager should talk to the staff working morning shift today 11/03/22.

I have purchased 2 cakes recently for my daughters birthdays and am very impressed with not only the design of the cakes but also how fresh and tasty the cakes are! Highly recommend

Poor quality Belgian Mud cake.floury sticky tasting close to inedible-icing and chocolate underwhelming.far too expensive they cant even bake a cake!

Find that they are too expensive. A slice of pavlova is $12.00 that really is eating money as they say highway robbery.

I would give this place 5 stars but it would only be because of the cheese cakes and food in there.
Their really tasty, delicious and well prepared but the guy that is in the counter not much of a nice guy.
Zero customer service, I understand you could be having a bad day or a busy one but there are ways to speak to a customer.
Please check on that, overall the cheesecakes are delirious!

Competent staff. They can be busy at times and you’ll probably need to hit that bell to get their attention. It’s ok, they usually come out quite quickly after that.

Their cakes are usually fresh and tasty. They can be a bit on the sweet side thou.

I have shopped here numerous times.

They also do delivery via Uber eats.

Strange, its not the cheesecake that stands out here, its the vanilla and honey bee cake! OMG its soo good! Its light, fluffy and melts in your mouth! My daughter hates cakes, but this cake, is the only one she will eat!
Brought it to a mates birthday once, it was demolished!

Terrible service! Asked for a passion fruit cheese cake and got a passion fruit sponge cake! Try and tasteless! Definitely not returning!

Bought Black Forest. Creams are thick from outside and very thin outside.
Cake is very dry and added lots of sugar.

Great cakes but service below zero.all the times i went there nobody at the counter and you have to wait them to come at the front.last time 2 costumers 20 min to serve them.you need to improve your staff.

The best! Polite and helpful staff should be proud of taking pride in their work and having the most beautiful cakes always on display.

Bought black forest couple of days back. It was not fresh as compared to last time. Women on the counter was not at all nice. I will revisit this place if I have no option left.

The new management is doing a fantastic job of giving out fresh cakes everytime, I have come. Great customer service and affordable prices.

They make amazing cakes! Parking is always available nearby. You can also get decorations such as numbers and candles to put on your cake.
