Yesterday on 28th Oct 2023, I bought the full Oreo cake. They said to me it is fresh and made today. However, when I was eating, in "some" bites I could STRONGLY taste the taste of the fridge when food is left for too long inside it. I straight away interpreted it as they mix old layers of cake with new fresh cooked layers (was very clear to me). Even though, I finished my piece, but this morning I woke up with pain in my stomach and had diarrhea! Hope no further underlying disease caused in my body by this negligence!

The quality & complete authenticity has gone from these cakes.after many years of shopping there I could never recommend them now.

Needed a dessert for an impromptu family meal. Spent $57 on the Blueberry Cheesecake via Uber eats. I couldn't even get a refund off UberEats because I'd been ripped off the week before. You owe me money Cheesecake Shop. How could you send that disgrace out your door?

If you’re around North area and looking for a birthdaycake dont bother go anywhere, was served by Peter and he was very helpful and kind. The selection was plenty eventho its a weekend.
Highly recommend this place. Will coming back for more cakes to buy!

Terrible, not the same as it use to be. No flavour pavalova has no cream and it's just bland horrible gunk

Then I called a week later asking about a custom cake. They abruptly said no and hung up the phone.

Love their cakes specially the tropical torte. It's super light & fluffy and has a perfect balance of cake, frosting and tartness from the passionfruit glaze.
The baked american cheese cake and mountain berry is pretty good too.we have ordered "the let's celebrate stars and sprinkles" a few times & it was liked by everyone at the kids parties!

Got the Mississippi cheesecake it was beautiful to look at and delicious as well - service was prompt and friendly

Ordered an American cheesecake through Uber eats for my husband’s birthday. Unfortunately the cheesecake’s taste was off. We threw the whole cheesecake in the bin. Disappointed.

We buy pavlovas there a number of times each year and we also buy the rainbow cake for our Daughter's Birthday for the past 3 years and their cakes never disappoint. Very friendly service and excellent quality cakes.

Under staff only one person working on Saturday morning
She is serving someone else and after two attempts, finally she found the cake that customer was ordered online.
Waited for 15 minutes to be served.
Few more people just joined the club and waiting to be served.

The Willoughby Cheesecake Shop is the best for fresh Pavlova and custom cakes. I have tried other Cheesecake shops and this store by far bakes and decorates cakes beyond my expectations. The staff are friendly and last minute orders are never a problem over the phone. Highly recommend!

Cakes are nice especially the new York cheese cake. But service needs improvement. They are friendly but just slow motion when they work. It's frustrating sometimes when I'm short for time. The cake makes up for it though

I always love stopping by here, at least a couple of times a month, the New York /american baked cheese cake is my favoirite, but like to try something different on occasions and their is plenty of choice here, Yum!

Been going here since I was kid! Best cheesecake in the world and now I buy my kids birthday cakes from there! Highly recommend the rainbow cake

Very good taste. But they need to educate their staff.

One sales girl at the counter is very rude. She denied to sell caramel glaze mud cake twice by saying we are closed when there were still 18 minutes left. The same girl refused to give me a quarter cake, saying we never sell quarter cakes. Though I bought it atleast 40 times.funny

Bought the chocolate mint birthday cake, we were very happy with it tasted as good as it looked. Staff didn't come out until we rang the bell and it took us awhile to decide what to get and
there was another customer their waiting staff need to come out and acknowledge customers at least. Will buy again from there
