We used these services less than 3 months ago and have roaches. They never went in the roof or under the house, won’t warrant work as it is out of warranty by 2 days.

Emailed them for a quote and requested to book in their next available date which was in 2 months.
Company never responded to my follow up email and no one arrived to complete the bug spray on the date/time that I confirmed in writing.
Very unprofessional way of running a business - 1 start is far to much.

Edit to add: I have attached a screenshot of the email where I stated I wanted the 4th of April booked in - perhaps the owner should go back and reread his emails; Hospital or not, you have a business to run.
Judging by your responses to the other negative reviews you’ve received, you are far from professional and I sure will be sharing my experiences far and wide.

I have had a very mixed experience. The first time we used The Bug Bloke they were great. This time around, very unprofessional. They had to reschedule my appointment due to weather (which is understandable and out of their control) but they didn't show up on the rescheduled day (a sunny day), didn't answer phone or text message. When I heard back from them, the next available timeslot was too far away so I told them not to worry I would try someone else. I then received an out of the blue phone call from them. They had taken it upon themselves to rebook a day (without telling me) and was calling to say they needed to reschedule again (due to weather) I explained the situation of having no one show up on my first rescheduled date so I had booked with a different company. And that I knew nothing of this second rescheduled new date they were talking about. Kristen was very defensive, not apologetic, didn't want to listen to what I had to say. Very disappointing!

Highly recommend this business for your pest control needs. Best service I've experienced after having went through a few vendors. Ray did an exceptional job.

This review focuses specifically on how badly I have been communicated with by the accounts person. Due to bad weather I cancelled my appt within their guidelines. She was so rude in her communication. I called to make a formal complaint. I have received an apology but as far as I’m concerned there is no place for rudeness. I then received their automated email to pay a cancellation fee which I should not have to pay given I cancelled within their guideline limit. I had to contact them again to sort that out too. Really bad processes and systems and the rudest accounts person. Apologies are not required. Perfect customer service is.

We were very worried about a possible termite infestation. Despite short notice Ray came and did an inspection. Fortunately it was not termites but his prompt, courteous and Covid safe service was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.
