I’m always so picky about my eyebrows but I always come back to brow mantra just for Sherry. She does great threading every time and so painless!

The response from the owner to my review saying my "condition" was discussed over the phone is a lie. The was no such phone call and no one responded to any of my emails. Stop making up excuses and take some responsibility. You simply had the wax way too hot, it has nothing to do with sensitive skin or a so called sunburn.

I came in store on 13 Oct before 12: 00pm for a walk-in appointment for an eyebrow wax and tint. During the appointment, the wax did feel hotter than usual, but I didn’t think too much of it. After approximately 10 minutes of leaving my appointment, I noticed redness and my skin felt like it was stinging. I attach photos taken at 12: 00pm on the day of the appointment and then again later in the day at 4: 54pm. These images are showing noticeable redness from skin being burnt from the wax being too hot. Days later I was still experiencing redness, stinging to the touch and some parts of the burn started to scab. This has never happened to me before in my 7 years of getting my brows waxed and I can assure that I do not have sensitive skin. I sent an email on 13 October to the email listed on their website explaining the above and noting that I do not have sensitive skin. I sent a follow up today (27 October) and am yet to receive a response. Unless I am provided with an adequate resolution, I will take this further. Burning a customer’s skin and not doing anything about it after being provided with images is unacceptable. I note that another review has been posted around a month before this review by another customer outlining a similar situation and it doesn't appear to have been resolved with the customer as the waxer's excuse was "you have sensitive skin". This is not professional at all and in saying this, I do not recommend anyone going here for waxing services.

I got a set of eyelash extensions (light volume but they call it 'lavish'). When I first went into the room she mentioned the bad reviews about clumpy extensions and said that I didn't need to worry. During the appointment, the glue hurt my eyes unlike any other extensions I have had before. She only spent 30 minutes on a set that would take 1-1.5 hours at any other place because she rushed it. After a few days my eyelashes started to hurt and the extensions were falling out in clumps with my natural lashes still attached. I've never had a set of extensions fall out so quickly before. Each photo was a different day and different clump that fell off. She did not take the time to isolate each eyelash and that's why the extensions were glued together in clumps.

I always get my eyebrows done here. Great customer service and very professional and friendly staff. I always leave feeling like a new woman

Was serviced by Linda, was very friendly and thorough, also making sure I was happy with her work. Is my new go to waxing place!

I had spray tan for for my sister’s hen’s night on 01/09/23 by a lady whose name I’ve been told is Wafa or Vafa (blonde Arabic looking). She blended in and dried up each section before moving onto next one. I knew the results would be awesome and booked an appointment for my sister’s wedding. Went back today (21/09/23) 30 hours before the wedding and a super rude worker with dark hair, pony tail and horrible eye liner took me in. Sprayed me like you’d spray a cockroach with Mortein. By the way she was extremely rude: “asked me to turn, but didn’t tell me to turn right, left, backwards or forwards. ’ I felt so targeted and belittled, I kept apologising to her, whilst feeling unsafe in that room. It has been 4 hours just washed the spray tan off and omg i have nothing! No tan, just green blotchy patches on all my joints. I am coming back tomorrow. I will not pay a cent more. I want a spray tan to look decent for my sister’s wedding and will not leave nor pay until i get one. What a nightmare. To make matters worse I recommend all my friends to the same business and we all got sprayed today by the same crazy lady. I will be taking things further if this is not resolved tomorrow morning! So mad and disappointed! Wasted $40.50 for 10 mins to look like Shrek’s my father. Get rid off her! There is other people with customer service skills wanting to actually work.

Linda has been doing my eyebrows and face wax for a year and she always does them perfectly! She’s the only person I trust with my eyebrows and I love her work!

I had eye lash extensions on the 6th of February Full set and that took the lady about 20 -25min. Yes the full set that usually takes up to 2 hours. And that was 120$. Beside that - they were NOT individual lash it was clumps like there was a previous review regarding the clumps of lashes.
Also, These lashes will not come off I literally had to cut them off and my natural lashes because they did not fall out after a month and 6 days my eyes were starting to get really irritated, I don’t know what kind of glue she used when lashes lasted over a month, this glue did not come off. I will let everyone I know in Liverpool area about my experience, and not to go for eye lash extensions to this place. My lashes are ruined and I still have glue bits on my whatever natural lashes I have left.

The worst place to get an eye lash lift
I went to their liverpool store down stairs for an eye lash lift and tint which was $75 which is not cheap I had them done with lady called Linda. My lashes looks like a noodle now they are horrible and too too lifted they are stuck to my eyelids what a joke and for that price

Polly did my eyelash lifting and she did a amazing job and she always does my waxing. Her job is always immaculate. I will recommend her to any clients!

Been there multiple times before and had no issues until i went there again recently and had my eyebrows completely ruined.i’m not sure if it’s a new lady but i have a very prominent shape and everything was threaded off.i asked for a clean up and she reshaped and thinned them, not at all to my liking.i have very fine hair so it takes a while for them to grow back.in fact it had only just got back to the way they were from a previous eyebrow disaster.safe to say i will not be going back!

Thank you so much Linda for an excellent customer service. Today was my first ever Brazilian and i was so nervous and self conscious but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and i cant believe it wasn’t as painful as i had assumed. Linda is my go to person for my entire stay in Australia. Thanks Linda
