They listed a job on seek for a role. Spent my time emailing them about my application. And i just got ghosted. This is not a way to operate a business.

I have brought a lot of things from Bradford Exchange and ive allways got 1st class service from all your assistants very time.

I have bought two NRL grand final rings in the past two years not including the third ring this year & have always had to wait for 5-6 months for their delivery. Please do better this year.

Bradford Exchange has high quality goods. They kept us informed of where our order was. They also have convenient pay options.

My husband is overjoyed with the purchase of the Holden Garage CLOCK, THE GRANDCHILDREN ALSO LOVE THE HOLDEN CAR MAKING "BROOM BROOM NOISES". THE QUALITY AND FINISH OF THIS PRODUCT IS OUTSTANDING

If I could give a zero I would. Not only being told that a birthday present I ordered for my husband would arrive in 5 days was I then told it would be another 5 weeks only to ask for a refund and be told that would take 6 weeks. No present and no money to buy one in time. Terrible communication.

Never ever deal with this place. Total rip off. Scam you out of your money. Don't respond to emails or phone calls. Avoid at all costs. Be warned!

Customer service is absolutely wonderful, and I enjoy all of my products/items ordered to date. Have recommended Bradford Exchange to family and friends who are wanting to purchase quality goods.

I ordered one item from this website and have now been charged another two times with no communication ($90 each transaction!) Be careful when ordering from here as you automatically become part of a subscription list.
I have contacted this company many many times with absolutely no acknowledgement. The items are definitely not worth the hassle that comes after receiving them.

Beware, This company preys on people by signing them up covertly to a subscription after purchasing one product. My Mother in law wanted 1 coin commerating QE2. Extra coins now keep turning up and emails go ignorned and phone calls never answered and messages left are not replied too. I work in A Prison and find that the Inmates are less deceitful than this company preying on older people who just wanted a item that in the end is not even a Coin it's a colourful token with no monetary value guaranteed by any country.

OMG do not deal with this company been sent things I have NOT ordered which I wrote on it return to sender then they have sent me a bill emailed several times and spent so much wasted time on the phone absolutely no customer service whatsoever save yourself the stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I Order a Queen Elisabeth Memory coin @ $39.95 and it arrived 3 weeks later! Then they (Bradford Exchange) debited my credit card for another coin @ $89.95 for a coin which i did not order nor did i sign a contract for a whole collection, I was looking at my credit card account today and discovered ANOTHER $49.95 for something that i have not ordered so i don't even know what they have charged me for? I tried phoning more than 10 times and finally i get through to an operator. The customer service operator was lovely and has canceled my subscription for the collection of 16 coins for the Queen coins and the 16 coins for the Prince Charles collection!

Keep getting coins I did not order and having to send them back at my expense. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone just have to endure their advertising which just plays over and over. Seems impossible to stop them sending items not wanted. Maybe need to add more: client service representatives" to the call centre

I cancelled a subscription and they have continued to send the items, even though I have an email. Impossible to contact this company via phone. Very frustrating and never again.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Very poor customer service. I waited over 2 weeks for shipping details and did not receive anything. I tried emailing this company 4 times with no response and tried calling every day for a week with no answer. Finally messaged them on Facebook for them to say my order will not be coming in time for Christmas even though I had placed it over a month prior. Absolute worst service, highly do not recommend shopping with them. VERY BAD COMPANY.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you BUY from this website. Dont let the big brand names fool you for what this company are.crooks.

They will try to extort money from you with their sly tactics. I didnt read the other reviews before buying and wish I did.

Also their customer service is near non existent and when they do answer they are useless.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

Brought my granddaughter's 21st present from Bradford Exchange and she adores it. Something of excellent quality that will last long after I am gone.
