Shopped in store for a new pair of casual boots. They've got a great range, and I was in and out in 10 minutes with exactly what I was looking for. However I couldn't help but feel like I was a massive inconvenience to the staff member who served me, perhaps I just caught someone having a bad day, or I inadvertently annoyed them without realising it. Either way, great spot for work boots

I will definitely be back, work boots and lots of others to select from, great website easy to navigate & find all details & accurate descriptions. My new favourite brand is "Wide Load" Australian company, all their boots are designed as 6E toe width. I'm only 171cm 77kg. Extra wide footwear usually only works on heavier & larger men. As I only have a size 9AU.foot, although I have always worn size. 10.101/2.11 just to get the width I need. These Wide Load are a perfect fit for a wide foot size. They even have a (non steel toe) work boot for any work situation or home use, super light weight & super comfy.
I highly recommend these boots after 5 months hard work in concrete industry I know they will perform for 2 years plus. Will be buying a few more paid myself.

My partner needed new work boots and I stumbled across The Boot Warehouse. Everything is priced competitively and some work boots come with a free pair of bamboo socks. My partner was so impressed with the quality of the bamboo socks, that he bought an extra 12 pairs.

I ordered blundstones from the shop and the item said same day dispatch before 2pm order which I did. FOUR business days later I finally hear back from them saying the item was not in stock and would take 6 weeks to come in! Not only did they take ages to notify me the item was not in stock they had already taken the money out of my bank! Will not be shopping here again that is for sure. After I received the email I went back on the website and the boots are still being shown as in stock! Hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Ordered boots online to WA a month ago. Contacted them about missing boots. They have dispatched a new pair express. Aus posts fault for losing first pair. Great customer service and price. Will buy with them again. Highly recommend. Thanks Dave.

The boot warehouses online service is up there with the fastest I have ever received and there staff are friendly and helpful. The manager, Dave. Went out of his way to get some replacement innersoles to me after I ended up with the wrong size.
