The Bodyshop Pilates

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I’ve done Pilates at many places and this one is by far the best. I consider myself a beginner and I never feel uncomfortable or out of place. Highly recommend.

Every class is unique and tailored to each individual's specific needs. The instructors are amazing and always positive! I love starting my mornings with a spicy Pilates class.

My favourite Pilates studio ever! The vibe is immaculate and the coaches are supportive but firm, they challenge you respectfully. Every session is different and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Honestly, the best place.

This is my first time doing reformer pilates and I'm absolutely hooked and this is in large thanks to the trainers. They are understanding and compassionate about what they do and are happy to make accommodations for people with injuries. The environment is so welcoming and calming. High recommended for beginners to advanced.

The Body shop Pilates is aesthetically pleasing, it’s an oasis of calm upon arriving. The staff are so welcoming. The classes offer an excellent variety for all levels of competency. Each trainer is attentive to the needs of their clients whilst ensuring to challenge you to improve your technique and strength each class. The vibe between trainers and clients is energetic and positive, so enjoyable whilst training.
This is truly a hidden gem. Definitely a must to try. You won’t be disappointed
