6Had a middle eastern girl serve me today, sadly didn't catch her name! She was super helpful and provided testers for products I was contemplating. I sensed some disapproving energy and judgement from the other workers in the shop (maybe Im wrong but it sure felt uncomfortable) so I'm really glad that it was this young woman who served me! Hats off to her:) creating lasting relationships rather than going for a quick sale.
Visited here two weeks ago and had to write a review. Popped in for a quick look and 2? Employees were talking about something and didn’t acknowledge me. (I don’t know if one was visiting or an employee as she remained in place.) Came back a few minutes later wanting to try a new product I’ve been receiving emails about. The girl was so put out to be dragged away from still same conversation. Placed a sample on my arm and said to go and let it linger etc and see what I think. As I stood looking for a minute or so at the new items same conversation had commenced. Was given no information on the item and didn’t really care if I bought anything or not. Not good for business if it was my employee. Two stars for the shop.
It's better to buy online than in store as staff is annoying following you or taking the items to the counter straight away whilst you are still deciding what to buy. I know they're only trying to help but it is also one of those negative things in customer service. Some customers prefer to read the label first before they decide and gets pressured when one of the staff asks them to hand the items and put on the counter table.
The staff is very friendly. They have got a wide range of products including skin care, makeup, hands and body products, fragrances, bath products. I love their shower gels and body washes. I also love their lip and cheek tints. My favorite tint shade is " bright pheony". The fragrance range is very affordable. My favorite fragrance is "white musk".
