Came to this store with my daughter who was looking for a birthday present for a friend. Was served by Aroha who turned out to be one of the best customer service people I have encountered in years. She comes across as someone who is genuine and loves what she does. Rare. She recommended a product for my daughter's scalp which turned out to be the best product we have tried. I returned a few weeks later without my daughter to buy more of the scalp treatment and decided to buy a left over xmas box of products. None in the store but she went out of her way to go to the storeroom to get more. If you needed a living example of someone who loves what they sell and is extremely helpful and professional then Aroha is it.

Sandy has helped on numerous occasions with both skincare and hair care, products were amazing and service was well beyond the call of duty. I have been coming back and using the products and discussing options with her ever since!
Don’t let Sandy go, she is an asset to your business!

I went in looking for a cleanser but was unsure about what one to get due to me not using one before. Sandra assisted me and she was amazing! She tested my skin as I had never had my skin tested before, she then asked me a few questions and then went and grabbed the products she thought would be best for my skin. She then explained and showed me how these products work and was making it a very enjoyable experience, she also did not force any products down my throat which I loved as most places do if you get assistance. I ended buying a cleanser and a toner as she recommended these to start off with and then get more products as I go or if I want too.

Sandra was an amazing help and I frequently shop at The Body Shop and always have great service but Sandra was definitely the best!

I always have a lovely experience at this store, the staff are always so friendly and ready to help. Today I saw Jaimee and she really went above and beyond for me, helping me to understand what skin products could work for me.

I'm consistently impressed by the friendly and easy going staff at Hurstville, especially today. I was served by the lovely AROHA (hope i spelt it right). She helped identify my skin concerns (using a sebum and hydration test) and gave me very helpful, detailed and straightforward information about their products. She's extremely knowledgable about their products, passionate about skincare and happy to answer all my questions. Excited to try all her recommendations) thank you again Aroha!

I visited yesterday with my sister and we were served by Jaimee, she was unbelievably helpful with what we needed and also spent time with us giving us consultations, which was very helpful and detailed, thanks again Jaimee for your Bubbly personality and for taking the time to help us both. My sister and I walked in just to have a look and ended up buying a heap of amazing products from very lovely knowledgeable staff member Jamiee. No pressure to buy which I loved, but with the time, knowlegde and service Jamiee gave us we couldn't resist.

Went in looking for bath fizzers, the lovely ladies recommended a bath blend as my skin is super dry, I’ve used it twice in three days!
It is so moisturising and leaves my body feeling amazing!

Today I went to The body shop Hurstville store to get my friends birthday present.

The lady who served me name Aroha, she was absolutely professional with full of kindness. Before I visit your store, I was thinking just get one gift box for my friend and go other shop to buy another present for my other friend. (as 2 of my friends having same birthday.) But Aroha provided best customer service ever, So I just changed my mind straight away had to buy another present. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products so it helped me a lot choosing a best gift for my friends.

I believe she is the manager of the store but if not, the body shop should promote her! Because her customer service is gem.

I love shopping here! Have had great customer service when in-store recently. The staff are very knowledgeable of the products and thoughtful with their recommendations.
I also like being able to smell and test products such as hand creams.
Have never left empty handed. Recommend.

I went back for a return for the product I bought. Customer service is amazing, especially staff whom I talked to, Bailey, he checked the item thoroughly and explained to me and accept the return and give me a new one, even gave me a gift bag. Makes my evening! Thank you.

Came in last week, instantly greeted by the friendly staff in particular one of the workers who was so kind and offered heaps of advice about the fragrance I should get and let me take my time instead of trying to rush while I was browsing (sorry I didn’t get his name, he had brown curly hair)
