The Blue Pool reviews
45 If you're in the area, be sure to stop by. A relaxed place with a great view of the sea. In the lower area there are relative. There are few parking spaces, but there are enough on the street. Showers and toilets also on site.
Since the pools fill with sea water, they are of course relative.cold. The cool down is very refreshing when the sun is shining.
Beautiful blue water and crashing waves around the pools. We really enjoyed looking at all the little creatures moving around on the rocks. The pool floor is uneven and rocky so careful you don't stub your toe. Large, clean toilets and outdoor showers up the steps.
One of the most incredible natural landscapes in AUS with an amazing man-made ocean pool & rock pools…. Amazing!
Clean, chill and nice pool. There are toilets and parking lot just near by. Kids pool available. Fresh water vibes.
Great place to swim even when the water is cold!
There are showers and toilets available in the area.
A truly magic pool! Can get quite busy so I’d recommend coming early if possible. Also saw lots of people with snorkelling gear and having a great time! You’ll need to walk down some steep steps to get here!
Awesome place to take pics at the pool and AROUND, FYI SEALS ARE AROUND NOW IN MARCH.great bushcare site at parking lot
steep to go down, see they have down alot of improvements over the yrs
majestic a must for all people to bermi - been going since 1978
Absolutely gorgeous, haven't tried it for swimming but great for photography. Some seals stopped by to laze on the rocks
An absolute stunner. We were just awed by the beautiful view. We did not have much time but spent close to 45 mins enjoying every moment of sea and seal watching.
The natural ocean rock pool is rated amongst top 10 attractions in the world. The water in the pool is crystal clear. Colorful plant life, tiny starfish and crabs can be found if you look carefully.
There are 2 pools, one for kids. Access is a by few stairs so may be a bit of a challenge for those with bad knees, but it's worth it.
Will surely be visiting again.
A beautiful natural pool experience. My partner and I were struggling to enjoy ourselves at the beach due to the abundance of blue bottle jellyfish so we decided to go here instead. It was absolutely beautiful and everyone else there was really friendly. If I go again, I will definitely bring my snorkel gear as it seems to be the thing to do!
Loved the natural beauty. Excellent. Table chairs, showers, toilets and change rooms. Parking was busy but parked upstairs and walked down. Excellent visit.
Wonderful AND it is super windy! The water is cold so prepare wetsuit and be blown away by the wind and the scene!
Water was a bit chilly but saw the seals basking in the sun and had a dip in this most magical (best in Australia) rock pool.
We were lucky enough to stumble upon the Blue Pool by chance while driving through Bermagui. The views are great from up top and the swim is great down below and definitely worth the stair climb back up.
The two pools were magnificent! My three girls loved them. They are 9,6 and 4.
We all went in both pools. While holding my 6yo, a huge wave crashed over us in the large pool! She got a bit of a fright, as I did. But the experience was priceless! We all can't wait to go back.
It's a beaut little spot. Parking and toilets at the top of the hill. Short walk down the steps to the pool. A popular place and when I visited and it wasn't particularly hot! Some seats to sit on but I suspect when it's hot these would be fiercely contended for as there are not many. The bottom of the pool is rocky so that might be a problem for some. There is a smaller pool for kids. You should go just for a look!
Beautiful ocean pool where an early morning swim brightens up your day. Toilets are nearby and easy access from the town. A must visit if you're into swimming and ocean pools.
Dec-21: a little bit more blue when it is sunny. There is more parking at the top of the cliff, and a stairway down. Several groups of seals when we went in 2021.
Dec-20: Not very blue the day we visited. There were seals playing in the sea nearby and some sunning themselves on the rocks.
Excellent natural pool and water around it's blue in colour. Beautiful, picturesque and best time to visit is in morning to see sunrise as sunsets in opposite direction behind the mountains. It has kids pool and adults pool where non swimmers can also enjoy.
