We got a measure and quote and Oliver was so knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered various types of blinds and plantation shutters. Had to wait for the shutters but were advised of the wait time from the start and they arrived and were installed within the timeframe advised! An expectational job! The plantation shutters make our house feel like a brand new one! From start to finish this mob as been a breeze to deal with. Thank you so much!

We LOVE The Blind Factory - they installed all our blinds in our previous house and so we didn’t even bother getting quotes from anywhere else for our new house as their price, quality and service is second to none. Oliver made time specially for us to come and quote and help with design choice. Laurent and James installed our blinds, they were punctual, efficient and took the time to show me how all the tech stuff worked for our automated roller blinds. Cannot recommend The Blind Factory highly enough!

James McGoogan installed roller blinds and curtains at my house this morning on behalf of The Blind Factory. I was very impressed with his work, he was pleasant, workmanship was excellent and was quick and upon completion cleaned up and took packaging rubbish with him. I was very happy with his work.

Had the screens replaced after the floods, James and Gav come out to install and did a fantastic job even cleaned the old cover plates, very good, would use again:)

Measure and installation of both roller blinds and plantation shutters was of the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others and will certainly utilise their services and product again. The gentleman that installed our blinds was punctual and a hard worker who left our house clean and tidy and removed all rubbish.

Wow at last a trade that knows what they are doing completing the installation of our new plantation shutter to perfection. Since our flood in March 2022 we have experienced disappointment after disappointment with repairs from insurance building companies that turned out way below our expectation. Shane and James arrived and restored our faith that there are tradespeople who deliver a great product and in the exact timeframe they promised. An easy and helpful experience. I had my mind set on what type of blinds I wanted but with James' knowledgeable advice on what would suit the area we changed our mind and are so happy with the outcome. Highly recommend The Blind Factory - great service, and especially our installer, James - who created an excellent customer experience at the measure and install stage.

I initially used this company for my outdoor blinds. Oliver was helpful except i was given false information. I was told that electric roller blinds weren't suitable for my type of veranda and wouldn't work. I specifically told them i wanted minimal gap to stop cats from getting in. Not only were the blinds noisy in the wind by banging on the poles, the blinds ruined my poles by scratching them, there were huge gaps which cats could still get through and were very inconveniet to use. I had multiple guys come out to try fix the issue. They drilled into my tiles to add extra clips which still didnt work. Now im left with holes in my brand new tiles, scratched poles and out of pocket of over $3000. I wish i didnt go through this company to begin with. They could have been honest from the start and said they didnt know how to put electric blinds on my veranda or told me to go elsewhere instead of saying it wouldn't work at all for my type of veranda and to try the manual blinds. I've now found another company who completed the job quickly and promptly. There are no gaps, they look awesome and work great for my veranda. Ive attached photos of my ruined tiles and scratched poles. The grey blinds are from this company while the black blinds are from the other company. Im so disappointed that ive now had to pay 2 times for a job which should have been completed once!

After hearing the Blind Factory advertisement on Radio 2GB, I decided to visit their showroom at 11 James Ruse Drive, Clyde 2142.

David, the manager, gave me some background on the company and discussed certain types of blinds that I was interested in. His assistance was welcoming and appreciative.

Shane, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The two windows of my house are wide and large, and face west so the rooms are very hot during summer. He troubleshooted a lot of my concerns and a positive outcome was achieved.

The installer, James’ expertise in hanging the blinds was well executed with accurate placing as well as being neat and tidy. The completed look was a stunning finish that was well worth the whole experience from the first initial contact to the final installation.

The Blind Factory’s reputation and image surely falls within the realm of their employees who are the face of the company. They all value and show a deep respect to this company which is rare in this competitive age.
