The Bank Cafe & Espresso reviews
62Great food, not so great service. Really love the bank but some of the staff just aren't on the ball.
I managed to get a parking spot outside not too far along. Staff greeted me, advised the specials and provided the menu. I had the Thai fish cakes, yum! Excellent salad and dipping sauce. Lovely icy cold milkshake. Would definitely go there again when passing through town.
Great coffee and brunch spot in Lismore. I really liked the alleyway seating and relaxed and tasteful vibe. My coffee was well made and the portion sizes were very generous. Plenty of seating was available even though it was quite busy - wait time for meals was reasonable.
Good food and generous portions. Like a lot of businesses, the Bank appeared to be short staffed for a busy lunch service.
Very popular place to meet and eat. May need to consider booking to miss disappointment. Can sit outside and inside. Area for children to play outside with parental supervision. Food fresh and service is prompt.
Great food, with vibrant flavours & fresh produce. Try the chai thick-headed. Live changing
Couldn’t fault the bank, staff where friendly. Food was amazing and the coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time. Also dog friendly outside sitting!
Have been wanting for months to visit Lismore, spend a few dollars to help the community after the floods. Couldn't have chosen a better Cafe. Service and food were tops. Highly recommend.
No Cash! With the lame excuse that their bank is too far away to get change! No more cash - no more business
Only place to sit and have breakfast.
They squeezed us in on a reserved table.which was fine had plenty if time for bacon, eggs and coffee.
Staff were really busy, but that didn't stop them being friendly and providing great service.
It was always busy Saturday mornings when we lived there. Glad to see the flood has daunted them! Though sad they lost so much of the memorabilia that used to decorate the walls.
Thanks guys for a delicious breakfast
On a very busy sat morning the ladies were very accommodating to get me a table, coffee was nice.
Was one of the best Eggs Bennys I’ve had in a long time
Fast and friendly service. Good atmosphere. Very popular with locals. Located on the Main Street of Lidcombe. The cafe has embraced the building’s history as a bank by not renovating the internal elements of the building. Seating available indoors and outdoors. Parking located on the street out the front.
Coffee was bitter. Food was good, but somewhat over-cooked. Price is high for what you get.
Had a great breakfast here on a cold rainy day. Food & coffee were good and staff helpful and friendly - win!
As always, amazing food & service. My fave place.even after the floods, it still has great atmosphere ️️️
Food was good, coffee great according to my partner, nice they have outdoor seating now makes it more covid safe.
Was looking for somewhere to have breakfast.in flood ravaged Lismore.
Tried these guys, they looked as though they had been open a short time after floods.
The coffee was amazing so was their food & service.
Must be a popular spot for coffee, lots of people waiting. 2 Barista's on.
Great Place, Good Vibe.will go again when in Lismore.
️ Lismore
Wonderful on so many levels. Great food, superb coffee, lovely service. A terrific reopening after the floods. Bringing joy and comfort back to the heart of Lismore
YUM! Was only in Lismore for the day and went here for breakfast, they were really busy but I was seated fairly quickly and my food didn’t take long to come out. I had the eggs Benedict with bacon and added mushrooms. The serving was big and everything was cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was really hollandaise, so many cafes don’t make real hollandaise anymore so I was really happy it was delicious. If I ever visit Lismore again I would definitely go back, highly recommend
