First time visiting the showroom and it was so worth it seeing these pots up close. Love TBG socials but going in to the store was such a pleasure, the sales assistant was really knowledgeable and helpful. I showed pics of my space and I actually left there with a different vision than what I had originally set out in my head - for the better too! Her advice was so spot on and in the end I bought a cluster of the Loob pots in white and I love them. Ended up buying the JITT in 180L after I got home - was delivered in no time. The boys in the warehouse are also super friendly and helpful. One thing that would be great is if they could open on a Saturday - even if it's til midday (pretty please). Hard to get to if you're a full time Mon-Fri worker.

All the girls in the showroom are very helpful and provide an honest opinion on styling questions! They have been a dream to deal with.

Both Bridgittes were great! After making a decision about some planter boxes without my wife’s input (at my own peril), they allowed me to return and exchange them when it became clear that I shouldn’t have made such an important decision without involving the most important key stakeholder. The boys in the warehouse were always helpful, and smiling away while they dealt with me on no less than 3 separate occasions.

The only area for improvement I could suggest, is that next time a man (at least one like me) comes in to make decisions about things like this, you need to refuse them service and insist they think long and hard before making my rash commitments - this will save stupid decisions, an extra 30kms of driving and multiple conversations about the merits of grey planter boxes versus charcoal planter boxes. We live and learn.

I will be returning again - and I know I will get the same excellent service. Well done!

I finally got to purchase the cluster special before it sold out this time and am so happy to say that the high quality adverts and Insta posts reflect through their customer service. Once my order was processed (ps which was a really simple online ordering process) I received direct communication keeping me informed of delivery details and how to treat my pots once they are delivered, it was all very personally received and has given me confidence that I've made not only a stylish choice but a confident shop. Great quality products, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I have purchased so many times and all the time delivery came right on time as promised. Once only the wrong color was delivered which I got the exhange within the same day. Cannot recommend it enough.

Great products and fantastic customer service. I called up on a Monday a couple of weeks ago and ordered two of their beautiful pots. They were on my doorstep by lunchtime Tuesday!
