Dr Renato DeBari at Realign Health Clinic has been tremendous in helping me with my neck and lower back pain. With injuries stemming from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and heavy lifting, I haven't felt this confident in years to do the sports I love to do. Vivien has been amazing for remedial massage. We’ve had 4 sessions over the last few months and it has already made a world of difference in alleviating chronic pain and tension. She’s got a holistic understanding of the body and has been very attentive to immediate and long term changes, adapting treatment as we go. Jessica has been treating my son Kai from 8 weeks old. At the time he was not sleeping well, struggling with bowel movement and showing signs of colic. After 4-5 sessions of seeing Jess, taking the probiotics she recommended and following an at home (massage) program she provided, Kai showed 80% improvement. At 4 months old, Kai was sleeping through the night, showing no signs of colic and had no issues with his bowels. Kai is now 14 months and walking and Jess is still treating him to help improve his walking and hip movement. Jess played a major role in helping both Kai and myself and I have recommended her to many friends since.
