Gave me back the full use of my legs that had seized up and made my daily life extremely difficult and painful. 10 out of 10 from me!

I had a car accident a while ago and my back is a mess since then, i found The Back Doctor on St Marys and thought to go and have a try.
Iam actually very skeptical when it comes to chiropractors but i didn't regret choosing this place for a second and i wish i used their services earlier, my wife took a photo for myslef and Dr. He Lail who was showing us how my back look like and what is the plan.

The team here are awesome, the service and the work done is the best ive come across. They really care about their clients and i always look forward to my appointments.

Went to the Back Dr to fix a long term hip injury. The staff were friendly and helped get rid of the pain. Highly recommend visiting if you have any sort of back injury

I have never given a negative rating in my life but this needs to be communicated. It was a waste of money and time.

My realisation: better service and quality of treatment is provided at other places for less.

Booked over the phone to have my partner's initial consultation at 9: 00am, waited for over an hour without any explanation/notice/apology.

All that was done in the first consultation was a lot of talking, a x-ray and a 15 minute massage. What my partner wanted was a back adjustment which he stated at the beginning. Didn't happen; told it will be done next appointment.

Second consultation booked (we still went back to see if the service would get better). Second consultation, we were running late due to traffic, called and notified them that we would be 10 minutes late. Receptionist told me that they will see what they can do, didn't understand what she meant by that and verified if the adjustment will take place and told her about OUR wait time previously.
Was told to come in.

Chiropractor went into a talk about the x-ray; didn't need an x-ray anyway to know what my partner's problem was. Length of legs differed, even I could tell him that; poor alignment of the pelvis. Spent very little time doing the adjustment and didn't properly do it. Partner still had an ache in his back after coming out of the session.

Now my partner and I go to the same chiropractor who is: concise, values patients time as well as their own, does not hold out on treatments to get the most money out of their patients and has a great office.

I trusted the positive reviews here, but clearly every chiropractor has their own way of doings things. Glad I researched into what else is out there.

Very happy with the service definitely coming back again, I went to physio in St Clair and they did absolutely nothing for me, but hear back doctor they did more for me in one session then they did in four sessions in St Clair

Tried to make booking through the website, no response received, online services should be improved.

I don't normally go for massages but this was amazing! Very good people here, great service and responsive to your needs. As I was back out in the waiting room all the other people coming through were saying the same thing. Back for adjustment next week!

I accidentally hurt my lower back whilst lifting weights at the gym. Afterwards, for a long time I had experienced lower back pain waking up, picking things up, and sometimes even when I sneezed. I visited Dr Lail to try and fix the issue - he was very professional and thorough in his assessment. After applying a series of massages, adjustments and homework exercises, I have now completely recovered and my lower back and abs feel stronger than ever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
