Reuben over-delivers! We allowed him two open houses to find a good buyer; he did it with one. We were demanding but he delivered a result beyond our expectations.

I have been renting a property with The Avenue Real Estate now for more than 7 years and Nina has been amazing througout our tenancy. Always ready with a response if we had any questions about repairs etc. Would defintely want to continue renting through them if ever I had to move.

I wish there was 0 star rating, that is how unprofessional this realestate is especially property manager Nina Disano, very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. So glad we are not dealing with her any longer.
