The Athlete's Foot Tuggerah

Went in store yesterday to purchase school shoes for my daughter who is starting kindergarten this year. We were lucky enough to have Sarah look after us.

Sarah was not only to knowledgeable in the products and not pushy but her patient with my daughter who gets very nervous in small busy area weas outstanding.

I am the type of person who would normally look around however it was unlikely I would receive the same type of amazing service that I was provided by Sarah anywhere else.

I will definitely be back for my daughter's in the future.

HUGE shout out to Bianca, we went to 3 different shops to find shoes to fit a broad foot, then walked into your shop and was greeted by Bianca who then proceeded to ask the questions that the other shops didn't, done a 3d scan of my feet and a pressure test of my walking pattern, then brought out 3 pairs of different styles of shoes that would suit my feet, grabbed the first pair I tried on, thanks so much Bianca for your great customer service and I will definitely be back have a merry Christmas and a happy new year ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

A voucher only lasts 3 months, unless you need anything within 3 months the voucher will expire, prices are a little extreme across the board at all athletes foot stores. My sandals had better not fail. Otherwise they will be returned.

Service couldn't of been any better. I left the shop feeling really at ease.
Chloe (I think) was extremely helpful, kind, professional and knowledgeable with finding the right school shoes for my 6 year old son.

Staff tried their hardest to find us appropriate footwear even in the peak of back to school time. We unfortunately left without a fit but with some helpful information.

I had an appointment today to get fitted for some shoes to wear to the gym. I have very specific needs due to injury and other reasons. I have never been properly fitted for correct footwear before and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. The young girl who served me (Chloe) was absolutely lovely, very understanding and really knows what she’s doing. I felt so comfortable with her. She explained different aspects of the shoes she had me try on and found the perfect pair. I’m so relieved to finally have decent shoes that won’t hurt me anymore and highly recommend people go and get properly fitted, they have a machine that you stand on and walk on and it takes photos of your feet and a video of your walk for analysis, very professional! There were quite a few kids in there getting fitted and it has made me realise how important it is to get the correct fitting for footwear. Thank you so much for today Chloe.

Such amazing service from Tara L tonight, very knowledgeable about the products we were discussing, what would best suit me and my needs around what shoe would give me optimal comfort and support and such a lovely attitude and easy to speak to. The shop was extremely busy but every staff member had a smile on their face. Well done Tuggerah store, will definitely be back for my next pair of sneakers.

Went in and I was given a fitting to check how my foot moved. I pronate and I was picked out 2 of the best shoes for me and Ava analysed which was best for me. The shoes were for Christmas so just had my 1st jog in them and they're PERFECT!

I was so happy with the service I drove home got my Mum and had her fitted and bought her a pair of shoes for walking and remembered the person that served me.

The other girl that fitted Mum said she was studying Physiotherapy. They know what they're on about there and we had GREAT service and were provided the best products and advice for us. Extremely happy! Thank you Athletes Foot!

My hopes of finding sandals for a country valley wedding was fading quick. Until I walked past athlete's foot shop at Tuggerah. With a quick glance I saw they sold sandals too. I was welcomed by Emily who tested my feet for everything. Width, length, arches, thickness of foot, weight points and she found the sandal that fitted perfectly to my size and unusually thick foot at the toes that make it impossible to fit in normal sandal. I am so grateful Emily never gave up on finding the perfect adjustable shoe for me. Thankyou Emily and Athlete's foot for catering for all walks of life.

Bec helped me a lots about my shoes. I have a lots of problems on my foot from past running and standing for my work all the time. They know what they are doing and how they recommend shoes for the customers from how we walk

Thank you to Emily at the Tuggerah store. She took the time to assist my stepson to get the right shoes for him. He is starting a new job that will have him on his feet all day, Emily listened to my stepson's needs due to the problem he has with his feet and provided several options to him. My stepson was able to choose the right shoes for him due to Emily's help. We will be back.
