I went in the store, Emily came up to us, was super friendly and easy to talk to. Made my shopping experience comfortable and quick.
My husband and I were so pleased with the staff of athletes foot.

Staff were friendly. The shoe measuring machine seemed pretty fancy. I only give 3 stars though because both my feet measured a size 8 yet I was told a size 9 would be best and now I regret spending $250 on size 9 shoes because they're far too big.

My mum and I went in looking for recommendations for our different needs of shoes. We were greeted by a very lovely and warm girl named Annalise who was very smiley and so so helpful. She pulled lots of different shoes for the both of us and explained the different benefits and downsides of each shoes in relation to our various injuries and sporting needs. Whatever she is being paid she needs to be paid more, the BEST customer experience I have ever had. I would recommend athletes foot at Miranda to all of my friends solely off this wonderful experience. My mum and I both left happy with a pair of shoes each and some socks to match! I would give it a -5 if could! Natalia you made me come twice in store for my children school shoes first ti.e your wrongly refused to sell me the shoes using two gifts cards we received at Christmas alleging that I could not use two vouchers when in fact you can, after confirmed by phone support from head office and when I returned the second time you made another staff stop from selling the shoes to be and you sold to another customer that was after me but you made me wait. You are an absolute disgrace as human being and your lack of integrity was well shown during my two visits. I know one day this experience will be returned to you and I really hope you get the same feeling of dismay. I will ensure your incompetence and evil customer services attitude is well know by everyone. You deserve nothing else than the treatment you gave to me last week and today. I am so sad that the kind and professional advice and help from the older staff at the shop entry was fully shadowed by you horrible self.

Shopping for school shoes today. I was expecting very little service because everywhere was so busy, but Ella approached us in the first minute and her service was impeccable. She built a great rapport with my 7yr old and found a school shoe she loved that fit really well, taking into account the extra support my daughters feet need. Very happy with the service at the store on a very busy day. Accepted my Back to School vouchers easily too.

Great experience here with Nathan assisting me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. Overall a great shopping experience. This is the second pair of running shoes I've bought from Athlete's Foot, and I'm confident I'll get as much out of these ones as I did the last.

I just want to say we had the best service today from Mathew. My husband had a fall 7 months ago and he struggled to sit down to be fitted for shoes. Mathew was fantastic with helping him be fitted for new sandshoes. I fully recommend him at the Miranda Store. 10/10 service

Poor customer service, waited for over half an hour only to be told by a not very accommodating staff to go to other shop as they do not have size for my daughter, she dint even ask what’s the shoe size we are looking for.never going back to this shop!

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable. I had limited time, was only researching at this stage -she was respectful of that.

Went in to talk to someone about my needs for a suitable sneaker for having bunions. My podiatrist recommended i go in to Athletes Foot. So glad I did! Taylah was amazing in her friendly service and expert knowledge.within minutes I had found my perfect walking shoe! I was so amazed with the technology and left the store feeling so great with total peace of mind. I'll be back this week to buy the shoes from you Taylah!

Nice store with excellent collection of shoes and the staff are really helpful. Special mention to Brock who took my feet measurement & analysis patiently and suggested right shoes. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend this store.

Very good customer service. Staff have good knowledge of products in the store and a very positive customer focus attitude, which is very rare in the retail industry.

Not the cheapest but definitely the best service. They didn't have the model of shoe in the colour I wanted but without hesitation ordered from the warehouse.

Staff member Gabrielle went above and beyond. Tested me, explained everything clearly, very patient, very professional & friendly, bought out multiple shoes, best customer service experience I've had in years. Plus I ended up with the perfect shoes! AAA+ would definitely recommend
