I have had 3 sessions with Mairead and I can’t speak highly enough of her. She is gentle, caring, intelligent, wise and so perceptive. She looks at everything through a very holistic lens blending Ayurveda with Chinese Medicine and I love that she encourages self compassion as medicine which I think is so important when attempting detoxes. Her bodywork is so deeply nourishing and really gets things shifting. She really cares about her clients healing and it shows.
