James is an absolute legend, flying our almost 8 week old puppy from Brisbane to Sydney at short notice during Covid lockdown. James kept me abreast of every step, including arranging crate delivery to the breeder days before the flight, photos at every step of the trip and a midnight text to make sure puppy arrived safely.

Highly recommend James and The Air Charter Group! During Covid and lockdown.pet travel company is not working as usual, it’s hard to get puppy travel domestic! Luckily, James arrange a precious trip for my puppy flying from Sydney to Melbourne in the very last minute so my puppy Mochi doesn’t have to stay overnight again and wait for the next public flight

James is very good at his job, he also keep updating us during the trip for Mochi until she arrive to our place in Melbourne!

In the early days of the Covid pandemic when flights were cancelling and borders were closing we had to get fishing crew urgently from Sydney to Mauritius and then Australian citizens back from Mauritius to Australia so we turned to the Air Charter Group to help us out.
James did an excellent job in pulling together this incredibly complex logistical operation that required input from ourselves, airports, Government departments from both Australia and Mauritius (immigration, health departments and Foreign Affairs) as well the flight crew and their operators during, what was then, unprecedented and uncertain times in an increasingly Covid world. There is no doubt without James's intense and hard working (but very calm) effort in pulling this together that this wouldn't have been possible and for that I will always be grateful to James and the Air Charter Group.
