They have the worst treatment of tenants and very poor property management skills citing they destroyed the purchase price of the place I was renting through their incompetence. I will never rent or lease or buy or sell any property associated with this agency.

The worst Real estate agency ever. They take ages to respond. Never replies to emails/calls when you raise a concern about property maintenance. All they care about is the landlord. We ended up losing 80% of the bond money for the maintenance issues they gave as an excuse which we had already raised with them multiple times. We lost 80% of the bond money even after providing all the email proofs.

We sold a unit in Cremorne through Max Wagshall at the Agency. We don't live in Sydney so followed all his advice regarding the sale: -strategy, staging, advertising, price expectations. He was spot on throughout, always available to answer any questions and had a sound knowledge of the market. We are very grateful to him and would highly recommend him.

Real scammers. Shown a property to us infested with pests in North Sydney. Took our bond and money. Put our family with 2 kids on the street. My suggestion, please go with an agency who cares about people and property.

This agency has proven to be very incompetent with no ethics whatsoever.
They won't hesitate to make you rent flats infested with pests for years (without disclosing it to you before you sign the lease) then lie to your face pretending they didn't know, then leave you with 2 choices: live with the pest or pay fees if you break the lease.
The day I gave my notice the infested flat was put back right away in the market, meaning they have no shame to scam new gullible tenants.
They will try to intimidate even though they are clearly in the wrong.
Please, avoid this agency at ALL COSTS. This is by far the worst I've been dealing with.
Tenants, you have rights. Please, fight for them and don't let them get away with their responsibilities.

Johnny Ho scammed me.
Do not trust him or anyone else in the team for that matter.
He will lie to get anything done and the use delay tactics to fix.

Utmost professional attitude throughout the property sale process. Max was representing us and his support made the sale very smooth. The outcome reflected the efforts put in by Max and The Agency team.

Also there was Annie that was managing the property rental for several years and assisted with tenants vacating the property and preparation for sale. Activities surrounding the sale were perfectly timed so we could achieve the plan.

As a vacating tenant I appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness from Amelia, the Portfolio Partner. Our first interaction after taking over the lease from a previous agent was me giving my notice, and the subsequent four weeks went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. Bond was released at first available opportunity, they evidently care about their tenants.

I have NEVER even visited a property from The Agency, yet somehow they procured my mobile number and have linked a robot connected to RP data to text me once a year on the anniversary of buying my house 11 years ago. Last year the random text was 7am on a Sunday morning. When I rang and asked them to take me off their database they agreed they would. A year later the random text came through at 11pm on a Monday night! I text them back right away saying TAKE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE! And immediately received a text back saying 'Congratulations, was it an investment or a home to live in? ' That proves it IS a robot, a human would not write that! What a joke. I would not normally bother writing this however when I rang one of the Co-Founders on Tuesday to suggest it was not cool to text people at inappropriate times, 11pm on a Monday night, especially when I never gave them my number, do you know what he said? "So you've received 2 x text messages in 366 days - SO WHAT". I will never do business with grubs that behave like that.

I have dealt with Johnny for my rental property needs the last 9 months and he has been nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommended!
