Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of understanding from Kelly Webb, portfolio manager at agency. Despite following instructions and confirming no appliance faults, we were still held liable for an invoice. Two members of our household have extensive electrical engineering backgrounds, and we clearly understand the circuitry issues. The design flaw of having three floors on the same circuit results in frequent trips, affecting our daily living standards. Despite our suggestions and the electrician's advice, the agency remains unresponsive. We've always been compliant tenants, yet faced threats of negative rental history. We are disheartened by the lack of clear communication.

I was referred to this agency and was completely ignored regarding my enquiry to purchase a property. It seems as though you are meant to chase them and give them work when there are thousands of agencies around. I’ll find someone else

Put advertising material in mailbox despite mailbox clearly stating "No advertising material accepted". This has happened multiple times!

Our experience was OK but also disappointing. Nathan from The Agency Annandale very confidently indicated a sale price several hundred thousand more than other real estate agents did when we were researching / selecting selling agent. Throughout the sales process the highest offer was spot on what other agents indicated the sale price to be, not a single offer anywhere near Nathan’s indicated sale price. We invested $13k in the sales process, with no return on what we now feel was on a inflated and unrealistic sales price guide. We also acknowledge the market conditions changed during the sales campaign however, the highest offer was some 15% below price guide provided by Nathan at the start of the campaign, significantly more than the 2% drop in the Sydney real estate market.

Every aspect of my experience with Shad and Danny has been outstanding. Most impressive however is their honesty, experience and communication.

I recommend them to you without any reservation.

Shad was honest right at the start with his appraisal up front with his fees and was always available before and during the sale of our home it was a comfort knowing he was on top all issues i would sell and buy from him again

Tried to organise an inspection for a property which had no public inspection times listed, with Martha. Gave her a call and was courteous in asking if a private inspection was possible at all and her reply was “I just went to that area so no I’m not going back”. For a company that is trying to look high class and professional, Martha is anything but. So disappointed.
