Thai Village Massage and Spa Potts Point

A very thorough and deep massage with oil for 90 minutes with Prince I have some mobility issues due to a stroke 4 years ago and they were very helpful and attentive to my needs. Treatment rooms are curtained off a corridor from reception. Beds are solid- towels and linens are fresh and clean. Prince worked tirelessly to relieve the knots in my back and shoulders- which are rock solid from the effects of my stroke. Music is very low volume and unobtrusive. Hot towels at beginning and end are a delight. I was offered hot tea or water afterwards and enjoyed the hot tea. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Foot Massage was great except for it was in a corridor facing another person and constantly had staff brushing past me going into the back storeroom which had bright light, So tried to relax but was constantly disturbed. Also
Was given form to fill out which wasn’t shared with the therapist and had the previous persons for on the clipboard! Such a pity as the massage was great!

Experience can depend on who you have. If you have specific needs around gender or pressure of the massage, not saying so will cost you. If you ask for what you need it's great, reasonably priced and staff have always been polite to me. Considering taking earplugs/buds next time as the ambient noise can be a little distracting.

I’ve been here 4-5 times over the last year and always have a very good experience. I found it to be very clean, calm and feel much better after going.

Lovely atmosphere and customer service. The Thai massage is a great balance of remedial and relaxing. The tea at the end is a great treat! Makes me feel like I’m in Thailand.
This is a small shop but it is still very comfortable. You almost forget your are in Potts Point!

My partner and I came here for a 30 min back head and neck massage and it certainly didn't disappoint.
We managed to get an appointment very quickly and were put in the couple room which was lovely. Both our therapists were amazing and pressure was incredible!

Booked for 60 minutes and was overcharged for 90 minute massage which I did not receive.
I noticed the discrepancy later on my bank statement as they have a habit of holding the card reader so you can't see the amount entered when proffered.
When I attempted to resolve the overcharge it was a circus of phone calls and playing dumb and then refusal to repay the discrepancy.
Very average massage as well.
Will not be back.

Hit and miss.today I had the worst massage, it's giving me more shoulder pain. I had to keep telling the masseur to do it strong, twas annoying. And I booked for 45mins I only got 35mins.really disappointed

Was having migraines and tensions on neck, shoulders and back (plus a tensed right elbow). Despite prescribed medication - I couldn’t get better. One session of 60min Thai massage with hot oil by Kevin did wonders. Thank you Kevin

I went here with my boyfriend and we can just say that it was amazing! Excellent massage. Very nice atmosphere and very professional masseur. I feel so relaxed Highly recommend if you have back pain, they really know what to do with the perfect pressure.

4th visit here and just no good. Over priced for what you get. $45 for a half hour deep tissue and the pressure is weak at best. This will be my last time visiting here. Wellbeing massage right around the corner is much better value and massage.

Booked a couples 1hr hot oil massage here which was absolutely DIVINE. Both of us were so relaxed afterwards. The service was amazing and we will definitely be coming again. One of the best massages of my life!

I just had a 1 hour session with Tiara. She spent sometime working with me to understand my need and to get the pressure just right. Her skill was fantastic. I ended the session with the problem areas sorted. The space was exemplary with comfort and temperature spot on. Highly recommend.

Always a reliably good massage. It’s very clean and organized in there. The whole environment is relaxing and cosy.

Last Sunday I went with my sister. The therapist was very good and the shop comfortable and relaxing.
