Thai Village Massage and Spa Granville reviews
6The lady at the front was really nice and polite. Good value for money.
Had a pleasant experienced massage with Sophia or Sophie. She knew where I was sore and addressed the issue
Very clean and relaxing ambient. I had their promotional 1.5 hours massage. It was so good that 1.5 hours felt like half an hour.
I went in to treat my son and I for a massage. I was greeted in shock, because I had requested a soft baby massage for my 4 year old son with special needs. I did mention to the lady that he is well behaved once he receives a massages or anything soothing, in which I have the right to do considering I am a paying customer. I am also a person that never tries to negotiate pricing. The lady stepped in and said she would check - straight after coming out from the back she had told me that she we would have to wait 20mins and I agreed. She then said “oh sorry we do not have enough therapists” << she then tried changed the story around and said “the customer inside requested to extend the time” I also offered to give some of my time for my son just for the experience. She then said “sorry the customer is complaining the sounds your son is making is disruptive and too loud” (This is a child with special needs that occasionally makes a loud sound due to his cognitive disability) this was such a horrible experience and it is definitely discriminatory against people with special needs. This is my son and is a human being just like you and I!
Every time I go there, they never disappoint me.
I always feel great after there service.
I’ve tried many shops but that’s the best so far.
A very strong women and give a 100% massage and never feel ashame of doing her work appreciate of coming back
