Wasn’t feeling it. I requested a Thai massage and I only got my back and neck rubbed with a towel on top …I was hoping they would work ok more body parts

My partner and I paid 170$ for a less than average oil massage. We were happy to pay the price prior because of the great reviews the parlour has but we left feeling the same as we came in. It was repetitive and poorly executed, overall very disappointing.

The best massage I’ve had. I did a couples massage session and the ladies that helped were absolutely beyond professional, I even fell asleep for a bit! Thank you guys so much.

I can thoroughly recommend Thai Healing Touch for a lovely relaxing massage. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I fell asleep! Afterwards I felt great and there was a lovely cup of tea waiting for me as I left. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience while I was in Sydney on holiday.

Great service! I always leave here feeling relaxed and calmer. I love the black honey tea they serve at the end of the massage.

Very disappointed at the staff today for not ensuring the noise level inside the waiting room. I understand parents may have to come with kids but they need to be supervised and quiet especially at a MASSAGE Place!
Paid $250 for 3 people. We left the massage feeling tense and not relaxed at all!

I had a couple 80min massage with my husband. It was really nice. I could relax and had a great time. I'll comeback again.

This is my go to massage place. I always leave feeling like a new woman - highly recommend tan. She knows all the pressure points and is so strong, just how I like it!

Professional people, reasonable price and the tea after the service is amazing, with health properties. I strongly suggest it.

Had deep tissue massage as my service and it has been amazing. The masseur is very experienced and started the session by inquiring if there is any specific area that needs more work on and he will cater to it.

His strength was exceptional when I requested for him to be as hard as he could. His manners were amicable as well and quick with conversation. I came out from the massage feeling all refreshed and felt light on my feet.

The reception was really polite and informative as well. I have went to a lot of different horrible massages and this Thai Healing Touch would not be one to dissapoint.

Thanks again, John for the hospitality.

Was greeted nicely by the receptionist. Friendly welcome as a first time guest.
I came 15 mins early and my husband dropped me off whilst he went to donate blood. The receptionist was so lovely she asked if my husband and I wanted tea (even though he was not getting a massage).
I selected 1 Hour Thai Oil Massage (Anti-stress oil), I had the best Masseuse she greeted me warmly and asked if there was any spot I wanted her to address. During the massage she would ask if I was okay and if the pressure was too hard and I found that being really attentive to a customers need. I did not feel a pressure of needing to tip because I couldn’t find my masseuse to actually give her a tip lol I passed it onto the receptionist to give it to her, which she did straight away with no hesitation. First time here and I definitely recommend it.

I regularly get massages and I really rate Benz at Thai Healing Touch. I have been told by numerous masseuses that I have a ridiculous amount of strong tough knots in my back and Benz is very skilled at working on them. Bit pricey but worth it if you find yourself frustrated or disappointed after massages elsewhere.

Mixed feedback. The venue is clean and professional. Health fund rebate available

However my massage was very average. My massage therapist felt really amateur. This was not through a lack of trying, she used a lot of pressure but it was not at the pressure points and at times was just pinching my arm. Good effort but bad technique.

My partner enjoyed his massage and would rate it a 5/5. So I think it really depends on who you get.

I have been here more than a few times and am so happy with the quality of their services. My therapist is always Jayda. She knows the right amount of pressure and takes time for the problem parts without causing any pain! This place has been and will be my go to.

Went there for a massage at the recommendation of a friend. Booked via Vargo.com (which is the online reservation service used by Thai Healing Touch).

On the booking site, there was a promotion running by the massage parlour - I made the booking immediately.

On the day of the massage, the receptionist denied the promotion citing "the promotion does not apply to the service you had" and "we will tell the booking site not to do it". Then she proceeded charging the full rate. A few day later I checked on the booking site - SURPRISE, the promotion was still there.

Here is the thing - was this massage parlour using the booking site promotion as a bait to get clients or was it an honest miscommunication between the business and the website? Will they honour the advertised fee on the booking site or reject it blaming the booking site for the misunderstanding? I felt that as a business, they were not being transparent enough about their promotions and what applied and what didn't.

The massage itself was fine although not outstanding in comparison with some of the other Thai massage places. Other clients might have had better experiences. But for me, the whole "the promotion is not valid yet it is not our fault" explanation ruined the whole experience for me.

This was an incredible experience. Been to many thai massages all over the country and they're great but this was on another level. It's the small touches and ambiance that makes this place great. In the beginning i thought it was going to be a slightly unsatisfying massage because she was so gentle, but quickly i was proved wrong because she knew all the right spots to use pressure. Seems straight forward but this is quite hard to come across. Thanks for such a relaxing experience! Will come back when i'm in sydney.
