We engaged Nikki from Test Before You Invest to help us with a renovation on our 1930s full brick art deco house. Her vision absolutely blew us away! Nikki came up with an architectural design within the existing footprint that reconfigured the layout to add a new bedroom and ensuite while creating a fantastic new open plan kitchen/living/dining area that opens onto our back yard. She did this by thinking outside the box and repurposed unused space and corridors in our current layout to gain valuable space and improve the flow. We are in a heritage conservation area so this saved us the time and expense of a DA and allowed us to do the renovation as a CDC. She also organised and coordinated with a range of consultants (e.g. Surveyor, structural engineer etc) which helped streamline the process. Nikki's vision, architectural skill, passion and 'can do' attitude make her a huge asset for any project and I could not recommend her more highly!
