Absolutely awful, rude, unprofessional and ignorant service. Every time I visit there is some issue. Never again!

Went here for our AIA health insurance check up and the staff were really helpful and accommodating! The whole process was quite efficient!

Terry White chemists seem to think they are entitled to ask thousands of questions relating to your meds regardless of the fact they've been PRESCRIBED to you by a qualified GP. No, I'm not going to overdose on Ventolin. Yes, my GP PRESCRIBED it. Yes, I'm a chronic asthmatic. Give me the meds without all the questions. You are NOT my doctor.

I'm not able to reply to the response from the business so providing an update here itself. I'd like to add that if the explanation given by them is valid it should have been shared with me when I was at the counter collecting the medicine. Additionally why the store staff is unaware of this and did not give me this information when I subsequently called them to report this expiry issue? Shouldn't they be well informed? Instead they have left us running helter-skelter in the middle of the night to find a suitable alternative.

Quite unfriendly staff. Just trying to throw store policy at us and causing us more grief to fix their mistakes.

I picked up a critical medication for my elderly father but when i reached home I realised the prescription expired at the end of February this year. I called them to get a refund but Iv'e been asked to come to the store instead the next day.

I need to administer the medicine tonight but I don't live in the area so just to return an expired medicine are they expecting the customer to take time off work to fix their mistake.

Empathy and kindness are totally missing, specially from a store which is a pharmacy. I wonder if you would do the same if this was your family member?

Very disgusting customer service! Rude staff! The most expensive chemist I’ve visit. I would never recommend anyone go there!

Had my makeup done by Sharni for a wedding and was so happy with her work. She really listened to what I asked for and made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend Sharni as a great makeup artist!

Got the refund at the end. Store manager had apologised for the issue. 3stars (previously 1star) for the troubles of having to go back to the store unnecessarily (better training required on the floor staff)

Do not buy any medicine from here. I bought some iron tablets yesterday and my husband bought the same on the way home so I went to get a refund today and they won’t refund it. Dont need this tablet after the pregnancy (due in 2 weeks) now the tablets just going to waste and going into the bin. Such a waste of money. It’s ridiculous you can’t get a refund within 24hrs with a receipt

Rude customer service, expensive, and poor services. Trying Avoiding this shop since they started the bad services for last many years. Always almost doubled pricing compare to other chemist shop. Convenient for shopping centre but pricing is really expensive. Almost double. Wanted add images. 6.99 at Chemist warehouse st Beaumont hills 2155 and 12.99 at TerryEhite at Rouse Hill NSW 2155 shopping centre. 1 or 2 dollars is okay but almost double for the same medicine, same brand.
Better go to Beaumont hills or Rouse Hill Village. Better service and better pricing.

Wife and I went in for a covid vaccination and found the whole process super organised. The service was impeccable by all the staff, but somebody give the nurse a payrise, she was amazing!

Super sweet and did my makeup flawlessly. I only needed a touch up and they did it free of charge:). Lovely service

I asked one of the staff a question about redness in my cheeks and she was super helpful and informative, explaining in detail what might cause it and she gave me samples to take home and try.amazing service, left feeling very pleased:)

She did my makeup and I was so impressed with the results. She was very nice also and the service was impeccable. Would go there again to get my makeup done:)

I have been to this pharmacy a few times and the service was good, you can park within the town centre carpark if you are driving or use the rouse Hill metro station if you are using public transport.

Great make up artist here if you need. Uses Napoleon products which you can redeem for having your make up done.

I had Sharni do my make up for my sisters 40th and she did an amazing job she was very professional and patient with me and my requests… everyone at the party complemented my makeup as she did an amazing job… I would go back and have her do my makeup again

We bought 10-packs RAT from the shop and requested pharmacist to witness our signature-to child passport application. (Not a guarantor) The staff refused as she didn't know us.i will only go to the pharmacy who knows me next time. Good bye Terry white.

Just had my covid booster injection here today. I’m in the early stages of pregnancy. The nurse and staff were so caring towards me making sure I was okay, sitting me far away from other patients and offering me a vomit bag. It’s so nice to receive such lovely customer service. Thank you.
