Rude and unhelpful staff. I was waiting to be served for 15 minutes, I was the only one there, I did not get greeted or even acknowledged and staff were talking with each other the whole time I was there so they were obviously not busy, even though no one came to my assistance when I clearly needed it. Walked out empty handed and went to Priceline.

I overheard the staff of this chemist confronting and disparaging one of their regular customers, who they knew to be on psychiatric medication, over a mask exemption. The customer was calm and thankful when handing in her script and once they had confronted and triggered her they then refused to serve her. There were no other customers in the pharmacy when she entered. They obviously need training in dealing with customers with disabilities. I would not call this 'genuine caring'.

Pharmacist David is very unprofessional and rude. He discriminates against the sick, disabled and mentally ill. David has no training in the correct way to deal with anyone ASD or suffering trauma. Do not go here unless you want to be severely triggered by someone who is meant to help.

This chemist has always provided, the best information from when i needed children, s panadol, the horrid breakout at school with hair lice great cream, s for acne so for aged kindergarten and late teens they have everything GREAT STAFF.

Really caring and knowledgeable team, they check on how you are going with medications and offer excellent service with their app for prescriptions. Lovely team, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my prescriptions or advice.
